I got a bunch of lego NXT bricks to repair for a school. I thought i could share that with you... The speakers from Aliexpress: ( 8R 0.25w 20mm ) fr.aliexpress....
Thanks, the little speaker from the description works well. It is however a different process to replace it on the NXT 2.0. The screen isn't on a daughter board and so neither is the speaker. So there's no way to desolder the old on on the pcb. So I had to basically destroy the old speaker to get to the ends of the wires and solder the new one on that way

How did you get this speaker?
i changed the speaker and its wires too but it still no sound, what could be the reason of that?
Did you try to reset the brick or the reflash the firmware ?
no i didnt, should i try doing that?
