I know a guy who makes hand made leather and he is starting up his side line business. He is from PH but can transact personally to him. I can vouch he is not a con artist. The good thing is you can ask him to customize a carry pouch high quality but given the money conversion it will cost a regular guy from the west countries an hour pay or even less.
