These mods are pretty cool. I’m really wanting to download them, but my PC seems to have been traumatized by a leviathan at some point because it has PTSD flashbacks from time to time where it refuses to run anything consistently at its original speed. Don’t worry, I’m providing Altera grade therapy, take from that what you will.
Odessey submarine looks almost like Oceangate Titan that got imploded 💀

The interior for the Odyssey was so fun to make ^^
The exterior was made as a concept by (I think) a dev from Subnautica but was released for free

I’m not sure why you would really want those color and light changes. Obviously it does resemble real oceans and deep areas better, but it ends up removing a lot of the vibrant beauty of the game. Like why would you ever want to turn the colorful shallows into almost monotone grey. If you want to make a subnautica movie, it would probably look great as an editing effect, but not in the actual gamr
I personally use a vibrant shader preset, that saturates the game a tiny bit and enhances the color.

Hopefully Odyssey will be added on BepInEx. And really can't wait for the return of the ancient mod. I'm still hoping that they will release it soon.

I’d also recommend snapping storage lockers! Super helpful for my OCD.
To any new modders or people new to the new game. There are a lot of mods that work for only the "legacy" or "pre 2.0" update of the game. Basically if the mod says it uses QModManager or SML, then it's an old mod. Mods these days use the BepInEx library and Nautilus library. sadly you can't tell nexus to "filter out" any mod that requires SML or QModManager.
anyway one mod that's been a godsend is Dynamic Scanner blips. EasyCraft, QuickSlot+, and QuickBatterySwitch
The odyssey seems like a mini cyclops. I think that’s good
I really wish the Modding Community would get on with making a new Map Mod for 2.0, that was my Fav before the Update
Base kits would be insanely useful for when you wanna take apart and move your seabase

One of the best QOL mods i ever got was Defabricator. If nothing else the ability to compress titanium into ingots to save on storage and then decompress them later when needed is a godsend. 1 wall locker only holds 30 titanium. But in ingot form it can hold 300.
Something that would be really cool is if someone stole the Subnautica below zero map, and just plopped it into the first game along with all the creatures.

This is by far the greatest game ever . I've already put in over 60 hours , took a photo of my sub inside the alien garage .
De- Extinction, odyssey, and tiger plant mods look cool
I feel like the best is the visible lock interior is the most game-like for me
The extra species mod is not bad, but most of them feel a little off comoared to tve rest of fish, maybe a in a new biome they would fit
Are there not hd texture packs for this game? Some of the textures seem surprisingly low quality, but maby this game is older than I figured.
Could you make a video about the return of the ancients mod when something new comes? I've been waiting for months for some news but I found nothing. Return of the ancients is my favorite mod, so please make a video when something new comes. I might not be the only one who is eager to see more. Great video. Keep going and have it good 👍🏻

Does seaglide upgrade mod still work? It doesn't appear in any crafting gui including upgrade station.
Hey, uhm, question. Im pretty sure im 2.0 Mode, and radial tabs is compatible with it, right? But it says I require QMod, but, thats for legacy branch. Unless that was a glitch or something, I just wanted to mention that. Reshader is also taking a long time for the website to load. Possibly the wrong link? Sorry, I dont want to be offensive!
QMods also has a 2.0 version :)

I have tried almost all the mods on nexus and I can't get any to work ..I'm on PC and I use vortex mod manager ... what am I missing ..?

I kinda wanted to see the mod that let you change the color of your base, but I like the mods you presented as well
The Control Room would do that. It's part of the base game in BZ, but they didn't backport that into the OG 2.0 update. It's available in some mods I believe.

we already have subnautica 2- it's called below zero..
@@ZizzleTheKakapo below zero is not subnautica 2. It is a paid dlc of sorts, an expansion.

You cant get any mods thru steam... so are these on nexus mods?
How do i know which version im using? Iv owned game for years on steam but reinstalled it few days ago on my pc
If you didnt specifically change the version to legacy, you're on 2.0 :)
Are these mods available on consuls too or just pc?
Mods are only awailable on pc the only games that you can mod is where are direct settings for this like fallout 4

I was going to make a fancy panel when I helped make the interior, but never got around to it. Think there is still plans for more upgrades, but the main creator has a lot going on. So no clue how long it might take ^^
why does the seaglide upgrade mod just not work for me?

As I explained in the video, not all mods are compatible with the newest Subnautica version, so you'd have to roll back and also install older versions of the mods that are (Radial Tabs & Locker interior)
What does the 2.0 with a sripe trough mean?
It means the mod can't be used in the most recent update (version 2.0). Aci explained this at the beginning

DeExtintions - fine mod but not playable. Over time your game will crash due to creatures respawn bugs. This is a bug that wasn't fixed yet.

I feel like the game dev is wasting good talent of their communities. They have the best modders that can improve their game and give new life to the game and fix quality of life. The only thing the modders want is regonistion in the game(their name in the game).
