There's something intrinsically healing about how Andrew expresses himself and the dynamic between you two in this video. I know it'll sound awkward because it's too personal, but the few days I spent watching it were weirdly positive. I felt safe to revisit lots of memories I've been avoiding for so long and also to engage in activities and subjects I didn't dare get near. Most of the resistance and pain related to them are gone, which is amazing but a little unsettling at the same time (what do I do now that all that weight is not crippling me anymore?).
