Dear friends,
Would you feel comfortable asking people to see you as their model and imitate you? Probably not. Apparently that's what St. Paul suggested to the Philippian church (Phil 3:17). How do we explain St. Paul's "cockiness"?
Wouldn't you delight in your Chinese or ethnic heritage? Surely you would. But somehow, St. Paul had come to consider his outstanding Jewish credentials and heritage as "loss" (3:7). Why?
We invite you to join us to watch our RUclips Premiere at 8:00 p.m. (ET), on Friday, January 22, 2021, where we will study and discuss these interesting issues and others closely.
Here's a few things you need to know whether you've been following us or are just joining us for the first time:
2020-21 PROGRAM DETAILS - If you're unfamiliar with the 2020-21 BSP program, here's a brief intro. The BSP of 2020-21 is conducted monthly on the 4th Friday of each month from Sept 2020 to June 2021 (note: for Dec, Feb and Mar, see time schedule for exact dates). This year's coverage includes Philemon, Philippians, Colossians. Please visit the BSP website for the fine details and the complete time schedule.
