I also like spicy food & have high tolerance. My friend keeps on drinking water when I prepare food for him specially curries whereas I enjoy it comfortably. Its strange that you got such spicy food in US.
Once in a Dhaba we ordered paneer kolhapuri to try it once. They served it garnished with lots of fried chillies & it was damn spicy. Among all I was enjoying it most.
