You could do an Olympic shooter’s routine; people don’t appreciate the sport for what it is, and how physical it actually is off the range. As a competitive shooter, I want the shooting community to be seen because it’s such an amazing scene
This entire Allure series has just made me feel really bad about myself. 31, been unemployed for two years, live at my parents' house in my basement apartment, and I have no job future. I can't really do heavy workouts because I have really bad varicose veins (since I was 12), and because of my thyroid, I can't really lose weight.
All these videos where they have like an hour or more morning routine, and mine is roll out of bed twenty minutes before I have to leave, smash a coffee, get dressed and run out the door 😩😂

I never understood people drinking lemon water in the morning then coffee right after. They're both super acidic and I've tried this and have been eating acid reducers like candy...

In meditation 2- 3 hours can pass but it feels only 10min. If you set time on meditation that's not meditation because you not out of linear time ( vibrationally ..) you in timelock
Please do not turn meditation to routine the reason behind is to tune in to feel sound ( building block ) out of lineal time and telepathy mainly... in west they turn everything into business venture lol
I would love to see a fire fighter’s routine! It would be interesting to see how they take care of themselves after fighting fires.
