Sensah has recently upgraded the CRX Pro & SRX Pro RDs with an actual clutch, rather than the adjustable spring. I got mine in the mail yesterday. It's not as strong as the clutch on the Shimano or SRAM RDs I have, and it doesn't have an on/off lever or a cage lock, but it's definitely an improvement. The new version can be spotted by its lack of the big red dial, and the words "Chain Stabilizer" printed over the pivot casing.
Yes, it can. I upgraded to the advent 9 speed derailleur with clutch, and 11-46T cassette, still using stock 9 speed shifter, works great....for the 1st 4 runs, probably about 100 miles, then every run I do after that, it's not dialed in...needed to adjust on the flight...🤨
Feel better soon Wolfman. Hope you're taking some time to catch up on DVDs. Tick did a great job playing Wolfman's part. Looking forward to the real time review
I actually have that sunshine cassette, it has seen some kilometers now (about 1000km) paired with a deore m5100 derailleur and kmc chain and ts still in perfect shape. I love the looks too. I can totally recommend it!
😁👍First off I hope your Dad feels better and gets well soon! Second that's some big rear gears!! Third I got myself a mongoose dolomite ALX and put one of those cheap ZTZ fat forks on it and man this things the most fun bike ever! I ran 6psi in the tires today and it's awesome it's like a monster truck and crushes everything in it's path with now spinning or slipping the tires!! ..Tip for the shock I used slickoleum grease on the stanchions worked it in by pumping the fork and lightly wiped off the excess and butter smooth the ZTZ feels much better than when I rode with it stock..heck I use the grease on all my shocks now!
Thanks EBikeBuilder, appreciate the love and you made me laugh!! Wolfman is getting better slowly, glad my impersonation sealed the deal 😉 ITS WORTHLESS!!
I’ve used one of these Sensah derailleur/cassettes on a gravel bike for a couple thousand miles now. I have used the medium setting on the clutch and I have never needed to adjust it. Seems pretty solid. I hope Wolfman recovers quickly.
Hey Jamie H4! Dad is doing better and appreciate the comment man. I seen the gravel style shifters amd groupset. Would love to make my kona a gravel bike 👍
Wolfman feel better. Yes you can run the Acolyte Clutch version derailleur with that setup. Matter of fact you can also run the Microshift Advent clutch derailleur with that groupset.
Get well soon wolfman, just got over covid myself. feelin good now, just waiting for a break in the weather so i can hit my local bike park, Griffin bike park, Terre Haute, In.
YO BOY IS FIGHTING NEXT WEEK!!! I been waiting so long... I root for Bryce harder than almost any other fighter. Got 2 of my fav's on that card.. I like Gordon as well because he has a similar story to mine. I fought some demons in my past as well. Actually found out about his story when I was getting cleaned up and reached out to him and he responded so he made a fan for life when he did that. Last nights card was awesome.... one of the best, if not the best, fight night of this year.
Dude love that he reached out to ya, that's great man. So glad your clean and doing well!! Bryce is gonna do well, good camp and he is feeling way strong! He is gonna need it
The hanger tool is easy to use, make sure it's even at the top, middle and bottom of the rim, if not carefully flex your hanger until it is. Keep shredding 🤙
@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS always use the valve as an reference point, and check several angles, and straighten accordingly, doing at different angles might be necessary.
Ok, first off… GET WELL SOON WOLFMAN!! Secondly, great impression, Tick!! LMAO You know Wolfman is going to kick your ass for that…. Third… great video always!
I have 2 Advent X and 1 Advent 9 speed with hundreds of miles on them. After the initial cable stretch I don't think I've really ever adjusted them enough to notice beyond basic maintenance.
Get well Wolfman, sending best wishes from the UK. Tick you are funny as F! Love how you own your own crap! 😂 That derailleur is quite nifty looking! Be interesting how it actually goes, the shifter is very up market!
The shifter really is man, thank you Matt, the 12 spd you sent was super close to being used but i think we are going to use it on the project Cheech! Thanks for the laughs and Wolfman says thanks 😊
Sad to hear the Wolf Man is sick, ask him to drink WARM calamansi (small green lemon) juice, 1glass in the morning and 1 glass in the evening ...get well soon WM, stay healthy and safe.

Tell him Val from Boston says get better and get his ass out of bed. Hope you get better and don't have to go to the hospital, nothing good happens in hospitals.
16:26 the Rd's cage seems to be well placed, it's not too far at the back, but almost centred, so this means this Rd should shift well, unless something else is wrong. Box Components did a mistake with Box One where the cage was too far, was optimised for 46T but marketed as 50T. So seeing your video is a good makes Sensah CRX PRO look promising.
