I am a therapist and I am always telling parents less is more. Spend time with your kids. Pull them out of their rooms and cook together, clean together, spend time together, play games together.
I’m so blessed to have found this channel. ❤ I’m 24, single, and learning so much about what it means to be a Godly woman. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us “freely.” I certainly appreciate it greatly. One of my struggles is being on Instagram too much. Even if it’s watching “good” and helpful videos, the Lord has shown me how all that information overload is so loud in my mind. When I look up at the things around me, I feel Him, see Him, and can hear Him more clearly. It’s the tiny things I take for granted like the sound of the wind or birds chirping, just natural, beautiful things like that that I miss if I’m busy scrolling. I’m thankful for the awareness of the problem so that I’m able to ask Him for help. Thanks again for all you do!
I am so glad to have found this! It seems that other women are feeling the same way that I have been lately. It feels like the Spirit is restoring our mothers/families in these days. It is marvelous to see! Praise to Yehovah for this blessing!
I’ve been a shopaholic most of my life. My ex husband is a narcissist so no matter what I did, it wasn’t good enough. So I believe I was shopping for perfection, to seem to be “better” for him. We’ll all it did was get us into debt. I felt worthless. But about 4 years after our divorce, God opened my eyes to my self worth, and I began seeing the beauty in nature and all the gifts He’s given us. I live alone and have lots of time and to ponder God. I’m disabled and don’t drive, but I’m happy. Yet, I still spend time looking and shopping on line. It makes me feel happy, gives me a “high” I suppose, but I know I should read my Bible and spend more time in scripture, so…… that’s my addiction! Shopping. I need to be addicted to Jesus. Time is short! 🙏🏻😇❤️
I wanted to tell you i dont have a woman mentor. Especially not a god centered woman. Ive been watching your videos while i exercise and even before i foumd you i was making alot of changes in my life. But you are truely a blessing in helping guide me on my journey to the lord.
Awww, ALL glory to God! I wish I could give you a giant hug!!! 🤗 I think it can start here- the more we share about this, the more people connect and grow i nthe Lord, the more we'll start to see local women stepping into their roles as Biblical women. That's my prayer!!! XOXOXO
Wow! I just stumbled upon your videos like 2 days ago and Im so happy i did… for me it’s FOOD it doesn’t matter if it’s processed or healthy i just eat mindlessly. I did really good like for 2 straight years I found a really good program thats God focused and I got off all the processed food, regular flour, and sugar and little by little i started compromising and now I’m on this yo-yo going back between the “healthy” foods and the “processed foods” that being said I know that I need to stop being double minded because this is what it is. 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you sweet sister. I just found you a couple days ago and I'm greatly enjoying your channel. If you see this I would appreciate your prayers. Thank you again from a sister in Christ in the beautiful state of Arkansas!
I have a high functioning autistic daughter. She loves to stir and mix things up. And leaves me to do the rest. It is funny. Yet at the same time, sad, because I love doing what she likes. Baking is not really her thing
"I'm not here to store up extra". I'm sure when my parents started their lives together they didn't realize they would outlive their retirement funds by over 20 years. Bad investments, and a few bad choices are why. Now that my dad is gone, my mom can't make ends meet. When something goes wrong she has nothing to fall back on. Do we need to be greedy? Of course not, but my husband and I have a concern of being a burden to our own children. So we have to balance out helping an elderly parent who won't move in with us, and not burning through our own savings. We are at retirement age as well. So I don't agree that you only need enough for today. If the Lord tarries, or if we live long lives, he expects you to be able to live based on the abilities He gave you on your life time. We are supposed to be good stewards, and also balance out everything! I'm not alone in this. There are alot of us out here whose parents are barely making ends meet in this economy. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst. You never know.
According to the Bible, we can find assurance that the Lord will provide for our daily needs. Scripture encourages us not to store up earthly treasures or trust in our own resources, but to put our faith in God's provision. Here are a few verses that confirm this perspective: 1. Matthew 6:25-26: “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. 2. Matthew 6:31-34: Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. 3. Philippians 4:11-13 & 19: Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. 12I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. 13I can do all things through him who strengthens me. 19And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. These verses assure us that God is aware of our needs and will provide for us. They encourage us not to worry about earthly possessions or resources but to focus on seeking God's kingdom and righteousness. By placing our trust in Him, we can rely on His faithfulness to meet our daily needs. Sure- we do what we need to do, but that is not our focus, nor where we place our trust. Amen! 🥰🙏🏼
There are many scriptures that speak to the good management of money and possessions. That we are wise to leave an inheritance to our children's children, management of the talents etc. Scripture has both a literal meaning and spiritual. Possessions, fame, any fleshly pursuit is not where our heart should be! But, we are to be good and faithful managers to not malign the word of God. Even the Provers 31 woman had a business and management of funds and participated in the financial stability of the family. I am in no way saying we should leave the home to work but it is a good thing to be a good manager in all that we have been given. ❤
Thank you for making this video. I think I need some clarification, though.. Is it ok to still have hobbies if they aren't addictions? My husband and I have a sport we play together every other weekend when we can, we both enjoy it and I really look forward to spending that fun time with him.

How do you juggle the feeling of wanting to building a business that will allow you to stay home and homeschool you child vs just going to a job?
Thank you!
You're welcome! XOXO SO glad you all are here!
