I started carnivore at 22 after being told I would never get pregnant without IVF and there was a possibility that wouldn't work. I know 22 is still very young and some people will judge that but I got married at 18 and was still struggling to pregnant 4 years later.
I had severe PCOS & endo, my body wouldn't ovulate without meds I went like every 6 months without a cycle. On top of that I started to get severe joint pain that I couldn't even use my hands some days. I got so depressed being so young and going through that. I started praying and asking The Lord to help me find a way to heal naturally because I knew I couldn't live the rest of my life in pain. Then one day I heard about carnivore from Jordan Peterson. I did strict carnivore for 1 year and was able to conceive naturally, got my insulin to a perfect level, I no longer have any ovarian cysts or joint pain. I'm now 28, still carnivore and on my 5th baby. ❤

Dr Ken Berry's wife had IVF I believe when they had their first child and was told she couldn't get pregnant naturally, after trying before and DID get pregnant naturally with their 2nd child after going mostly carnivore... Yep, Christian carnivore here too! I'm convinced God is doing something through this diet. I was very sick for awhile with IBS, fatigue, brain fog, my hormones were out of whack, anemia, joint pain and much more. I could barely function in life. Almost had to quit my job. I stopped going to church and was suffering in my walk because I couldn't even think straight.
I cried out to God for help and this was his answer! This diet has completely healed me! I feel better than I've ever felt in my life and I give all glory to God! But the real life saver is that He called me back and I've just been on fire for Him! I get up very early in the morning to pray and read the Bible. I spend anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. God went from important to preeminent in my life!
The crazy thing also is I find that so many carnivores are Christians, or start to seek God if they've never before. I don't know if God is trying to prepare clear minds and hearts or what, or if I'm just crazy, LOL! But I cannot deny what I've experienced!

Yes!! Yes. Yes. I was 5 years vegan. In agony, lots of health issues, daily suffering. Started Bible study group, became Christian and later started praying for answers and help with my health. I was led to meat eating, carnivore within a very short time. I'd never heard of it!! In my 49 years UNTIL I prayed.
At Bible group we had discussed diet from a biblical stance and I really started facing the biblical truth.
We are to eat animals until the restoration. That's how we were created.

When we were eating the S.A.D. We were very disobedient when it came to food; total lack of self control and maybe even food as an idol. Eating a nutrient dense, satiating carnivore diet has completely changed our relationship to food. Food is fuel. No one gets “hangry”; Fasting is now part of our lives. Our health is greatly GREATLY improved and we are joy-filled.

@@HeavenlyMindedHome look into some creationist websites, like Institute for Creation Research, there's a bunch. Jesus said the world is a corpse. It's nothing like the preflood world that God called very good. The ground, atmospheric co2 in tree sap bubbles were ten times higher, even the magnetic field was different. After the flood Noah was told that some of the animals would be his food. God also had Noah bring 7 each of the ruminants that would become food, not just two.

The response has been an overwhelming yes~ from nearly every single person. So I am never surprised anymore when I hear it- God wants to be involved in every detail of our willing vessels.

I have been praying since I was very young that God would help me overcome fits of rage and angry outbursts.
They became less frequent and severe once I discovered weightlifting and Keto, but I still had outbursts occasionally (too often).
I prayed and prayed that God would show me any dietary changes I need to make. At the end of last year, I started seeing RUclips shorts of Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Jordan Peterson, and Mikhaila Peterson. I started Carnivore January 1 and my mind is so much quieter now. I am much calmer and have much more self control.
And yes, I did go to therapy in the past and was given calming methods. They did not seem to work for me.
Now I go to therapy with my son and am able to put in to place the methods the therapist talks about. Ones that I had heard before, but that didn't seem to help.
I give God the praise for leading me to the Carnivore way of eating.

I don't know if you're still carnivore, but absolutely it's ok. Noah was allowed meat to eat. The Levites ate the animal sacrificed to the Lord. Ruminants, birds, etc. I think the more fallen our bodies are, the more we require meat. The sickest can ONLY eat meat, which makes sense from garden of Eden to now perspective

We went Keto 5 years ago, and reversed so many diseases and lost a ton of weight. I tried strict carnivore during the month of June, this year, to reset my gut. I had issues since covid and antibodics for a spider bite infection. Now I am doing carvivore during the week and keto on weekends. Husband is keto all the time. We have learned what is good for our bodies!!! We are free to eat....but what is good for one person, may not be good for another. I agree, our food is not the same as the garden, in the beginning. I am so glad to see this video this morning. This is something I’ve gone back and forth about for about a year. I ate carnivore during my last pregnancy and then stopped after she came into the world. I had a lot of anxiety about. But through prayer I felt a lot better about eating this way.
My husband hunts every deer season and his hobby feeds us. We thank God for the meat and are good stewards of what we are blessed with every season. A lot of people I know look at carnivore as over indulging and gluttony. I think it can turn that way if one becomes unthankful of the life you took to sustain you and your family.

I started it because I wanted to heal my hormones, chronic stress and poor sleep. It totally worked and I feel amazing!
So many people are completely enslaved to unhealthy and processed foods - it is definitely in idol in their lives. Just where the enemy wants us... Sick and addicted to that which is making us sick.
Thanks for sharing your story! I hope it encourages others to give the carnivore lifestyle a try!
One other point I wanted to add about non carnivore foods is that in ancient times and up until the industrial revolution, they prepared their food completely different. Any grains and most plants would have been soaked, sprouted and or fermented. ❤️

I'm right there with you. I'm 43 and have been in so much pain with a ton of inflammation, so much so that there were days I didn't even want to move because my whole body hurt so bad. My spine is so messed up that I have chronic pain, then throw in every joint in my body hurting, there were times that I prayed that the Lord would either heal me or paralyze me so I wasn't hurting so much. I finally prayed that if there's anything I can change to help with this, please show me. Praise the Lord, somehow, Dr. Berry's channel showed up in my RUclips feed. I started out at 210 lbs, and now, almost 4 months in I'm down to 181 with no gut issues and waaayyyy less pain. I give God all the glory for it!

thank you so much for you video that so eloquently entwines our Christian faith with the carnivore lifestyle! I have been healed 5yrs on carnivore from extreme anorexia/mental illness. for most of 35yrs I was bmi 11.8. I am so thankful that God kept me alive thru all the yrs of failed traditional treatment until I could find keto & then carnivore. 20 other illnesses have also healed 100%. I now counsel others and am passionate to spread my story of healing so that no one endures what I did for 35yrs. I live in abundant joy the way Jesus intended all along!!

Just discovered your channel today. My husband and i have been carnivore for 3 years. I've lost weight, BP issues resolved, insulin resistance reversed. This past holiday season, i did eat stuff i new i shouldn't have and man im still dealing with the fall-out from that in terms of ignition of sugar cravings/emotional driven desires for food. Im still carnivore, and but I've had to tighten up. This lifestyle really reveals when food is being used as an emotional crutch (spiritual issue), and not just for nutrients. Anyhow, it always makes me happy to see more people discovering and using this life-style to heal ourselves. God has provided everything we need. God bless!
My 32 year old son also eats this way. He lost 100lbs.
Ive tried to get my parents to try this, but at their age it's too big a leap for them.
They've seen all the positive changes in my health, and life. So, they don't fear it anymore. They encourage me.
If the opportunity presents, i share carnivore with anyone that will listen!!!

Thanks for this video! I have wondered these things too. I started carnivore in feb 2022. I was a huge high oxalate veggie eater for over 10 years & couldn’t figure out why I was so unhealthy. After a few months of carnivore I felt amazing, lost weight & then we were blessed with a 4th dream baby!!! I had morning sickness through my 2nd trimester & unfortunately I found it eased up when I ate carbs. Our baby is 4 months now & we are working on getting our whole house carnivore! So glad I found your channel.

Thatnk you for sharing this with us! Everybody needs to hear this information. My wife and I have been on the carnivore lifestyle for close to four months now. I had some very bad health issues and my wife was working her tail off trying to lose weight for months with zero progress. I prayed and asked the Lord to show me if there's anything I can do to help heal, and low and behold, Dr Berry's channel came up on my feed. We started the diet and my pain and other health issues are slowly going away and my wife is dropping the weight. We both feel so much better now and I give God all the glory for it! Thank you for this. I have been thinking about this a lot. Especially thinking of the Daniel fast.
When I started Low Carb/Keto, I had a big struggle understanding that God taught us to pray saying: "...Give us today our daily bread..." , and that He also said: "I am the bread of life"
    - After praying about this I felt that God is now REPLACING the wheat bread in my life as HE IS THE BREAD OF LIFE, so I do not need wheat bread, I just need Him. And when praying: "give me today my daily bread" , I am in-fact saying: "God may You and your words be the nourishment for this day..."
Also one thing that is important about why fruits and veggies are not the same anymore, is because God instructed us to have the land rest in the seventh year, and it is not done anymore. I suppose that is why the soil is so depleted. We are not listening to God's instructions. (Leviticus 25:4)
I now am Carnivore and WOW, what a difference!

Carnivore diet cured so much for me!
    * No more perimenopause- completely reversed!
*Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself!
    *No more night sweats
*No more waking every 2 hours at night!
*It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast!
    *No more life long eczema
    *No more cold hands
*No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun.
*No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea)
*No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm
*No more purple looking hands in winter
    *No more brain fog
*No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows
*used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more!
*Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight.
*Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing!
*Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well.
*Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 46 and look like I am in early 30’s.
*Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me.
*No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach!
*Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup!
*no cravings unless they are for meat
*no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago.
*No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods
    * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller.
*feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 40 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that.
    * i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming before Carnivore. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights.
    * no more body odor!
    * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much.
*I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that.
    * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things.
*Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing!
*no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing!
    * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too!
If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻
I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic!
The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻

I've been keto/carnivore for about 5 years. I had my gallbladder removed last year and had to add carbs back in because digestion was terrible. Now, that I've healed, I can tolerate higher fat now, so back to what I was previously doing. For me, adding whole food carbs strategically (ie: around my cycle or an extremely active day) because of metabolic flexibility helps my body stay humming along. It has taken awhile to find the sweet spot, but it's worth the trial and error. So happy I found your channel :)

I was so excited to see this video. I have been slowly transitioning to carnivore and listening to lots of podcasts. As a Christian I was challenged by the saying that this is a natural human diet, knowing our Biblical tradition of eating plants and fruit. At a recent dinner party with Christians I broached the subject of diet and many of the references you used today were quoted. Those present were probably curious as to why I brought it up. So what you are saying is that humans are still the same created beings we were in the garden, but our plants and fruits have changed. Whatever the science is there is no denying the carnivore diet is helping thousands of people. I am thankful that I found it.

I started Carnivore 2 months ago. The cognitive benefits alone are amazing. God doesn't want us to lose our minds. I had to reconcile within myself that God gave us all foods but not all foods are the best for us. If we are starving and foods outside of carnivore are the only ones available for consumption, then we should eat them instead of starve and be thankful. I have no cravings for junk, no cravings at all. I am amazed at my age (53) that I have been able to have self control with foods. That is the one area of my life I have struggled with since I can remember. We are supposed to have self-control and with this way of eating I've found it and it has multiplied in other areas of my life as well. This is a huge blessing to me. I hear people say all the time they cannot possibly stick to such a diet because it's so boring. I don't like to call it a "diet". It's a way of life. If God is leading you to eat this way, then I say you will do well. It's about fueling the body and not about being a "foodie". At my age, having no aches and pains, no brain fog, a ton of energy, sleeping through the night, and the added side effect of weight loss is huge. So many other medical benefits...God wants us to thrive.

I am glad that you have found a diet that has improved your health. I have never heard of the carnivore diet before, but it sounds a lot like the high-protein ketogenic diet. I have suffered from health problems in the past, and I believe that when it comes to health and diet it really depends on the person. There is no "one size fits all." I am a cancer survivor and I used to have some neurological problems as well until God miraculously healed me a few years ago. I have tried many diets over the years: Ketogenic, Raw Food, and Vegetarian. All of these made my neurological problems worse and caused digestive problems. I have found that a well-balanced low-gluten diet of whole foods, vegetables, some fruit, and meat works best for me. Before I got cancer I ate a lot of processed foods and junk foods, and very little fruits and vegetables. Correcting those bad habits is what has really helped me have more energy and be healthier.

A very good expository. One thing we as believers are also told to do is to ask God to bless our food before we eat it. We have a God who is big enough to lead us down the right path when it comes to finding food, so even my vegan friends who are Christian can manage for many years on veggies and God still blesses them with good, if not optimal, health. This was my path for 18 years, but my health failed, and my years of prayers were answered over the past 5 years, as He led me down the path that became my carnivore journey.

I honestly thought going over your page before that you were a whole Bible believer and when I say that I mean OT as well, laws and all (not for salvation) but of obedience. Not sure where I saw that but I thought I saw somewhere on your page. I would love to hear more about your families stance on this. I keep feasts and follow laws for love of the Father not for salvation or to “earn” anything, but I won’t overexposing on here. Just would love to hear about more of this from you. Unless you already have a video with that. 💕 thanks for speaking in carnivore this cleared a lot up for me

Christians, by definition, are followers of Jesus Christ. As believers, we uphold the importance of the entire Bible, including the Old Testament. However, we also believe that through faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior, we are no longer subject to the law of the Old Testament.
The Old Testament is made up of three primary parts: the Law (also known as the Torah), the Prophets, and the Writings (also known as the Psalms). The Law was given to the Israelites as a covenant between God and His people. It was a set of rules and regulations to guide them in their daily lives and to help them maintain their relationship with God. (Mount. of Transfiguration seeing Moses and Elijah- the Law and the Prophets)
However, with the coming of Jesus Christ, a new covenant was established between God and His people: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him." (John 3:16-17, ESV). Through faith in Jesus Christ, we are forgiven of all our sins, and we are reconciled to God. Christ became the ultimate sacrifice and fulfilled the Law, paving the way for a new covenant and a new way of living.
This new covenant is based on faith, grace, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. As believers, we no longer have to fulfill the requirements of the Law, as Jesus fulfilled it on our behalf. The Apostle Paul wrote, "For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace." (Romans 6:14, ESV).
In other words, we are no longer subject to the Law of the Old Testament. However, this does not mean that we disregard the Old Testament entirely. Absolutely not! The Old Testament provides insight into God's character, His relationship with His people, and the foundation of our faith. Jesus Himself taught from the Old Testament, and the New Testament quotes extensively from the Old Testament. In fact, Jesus said, "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished." (Matthew 5:17-18, ESV).
As Christians, we are guided by the Holy Spirit, who helps us discern right from wrong and leads us on the path of righteousness. The Law still has relevance as a moral guide for us today. But we no longer have to follow it as a means of salvation or righteousness, as we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Christians are not subject to the Law of the Old Testament because we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. However, we still uphold the value of the Old Testament as a source of instruction, guidance, and inspiration in our walk with the Lord.
I think the problem here, the one we see SO often from all of the Torah Observant movement things that are out there- is that it swings far to one side. The church as a whole has leaned too far to the other side, Replacement Theology, for far too long. We would oppose that 1,000%! But we are truly discrediting the work of Christ Jesus, Yeshua Ha Maschiach, when we do not understand this truth. Why the Law. Why the covenant with Israel. What it meant. What it was. Most importantly, how it was fulfilled.
I would recommend some time digging through the book of Galatians where Paul was addressing those that still were pushing for the need for the Law. (Not saying you are- just saying that's the main purpose of the book) Yeshua Elohim has a great verse-by-verse breakdown!

I hope that can be a help- I love this topic so much and think it is SO important! Might need to do a new series or something on it soon? Because I think it is so hard for most of us to try and balance our minds around. I think the root here is to see- the Law has been fulfilled. When we choose to hold on to those institutions that God gave to the Israelites (not the church- but the Israelites) we're not doing so for God. God does not desire that of us- Christ's whole point He made to the Jews over and over again was pointing out to them that they couldn't even see the forest through the trees! It is the heart. That's how we show the Lord God our love for him. 🙏🏼❤️

I think you’re wonderful loving Godly woman. Just found your channel today. The first video I watched of yours was amazing I agree with you on EVERY single topic. This however we can agree to disagree on. The one thing that sticks out the MOST to me is the animals you are eating ARE Vegetarians!! So all the reasons you’re giving about the soil changing and the GMO which I TOTALLY AGREE!! But the animals you are eating are consuming vegetation that is coming out of the depleted soil on this earth. So to me it doesn’t really make sense. I do believe it must be working for you and your family, and for that I am very sincerely happy for you!! All I know is when I did a keto diet called the Atkins diet years ago me, my best friend, and her mother all got kidney stones 😢 One last thing when going over all the diets and different eating plans talked about in our world now, I go back to what did Jesus eat? What does the Bible call food. Jesus definitely ate bread because he broke the bread several times in scripture and gave it to people. There’s also tons of scriptures on honey. But if it’s not a salvational issue we can agree to disagree 😊 and I can keep on loving your channel which I’m doing by the way and can’t wait to hear more of your content ❤❤❤ Sending love to you and your family!! So thrilled to have found you my loving sister!! P.S. Sending your video the 12 things I stopped doing as a Christian homemaker to lots of my Christian sisters & family ❤😊

Thank you for the encouragement! 💕🤗
I think there's obviously some major differences between what we were given and designed to eat, and the animals design & food. Anyone who owns cattle will tell you how much a grain fed diet impacts them when they should be grass raised and finished. But there's still a difference between the personal health of that cow eating a less than stellar diet vs. the meat they still produce. That meat they still produce doesn't become something else. We're all flesh, blood and bones regardless. The soil being depleted of course impacts them to a degree- but it doesn't change the fact that they have meat on their bones.
My husband is actually a chronic kidney stone sufferer - he just had massive 32mm stone removed - but there's a balance to our systems and the increase in protein can actually help in reducing the buildup of calcium in our systems to reduce kidney stones. :) But Carnivore vs keto/Atkins is very different.
And once I detoxed through all the inflammation and such-- I love now that I can eat REAL, true breads (especially sourdough) in moderation and not have any issues! It's all using what the Lord gave us to do the best we can with what we have before us here! AMEN! 🥰🙌🏼

Dont feel sorry for me, i know i at least woke up AND found the carnivore lifestyle. 😁 Oh, God didn't spray posion on the plants he wanted us to eat. Very good, been thinking a lot about this cause I never like hearing when they talk about millions and even billions of years ago. My husband and I are on our 2nd week of carnivore BBB&E and already noticing many changes. Husband has already been able to stop blood pressure meds and Metformin for Type 2 diabetes because of an almost instant change in those numbers. My blood pressure has come down as well. My husband also has Rheumatoid Arthritis and we are trusting God that this will also be a thing of the past. Thank you for this video. If we surrender this to the Lord and we are still trusting Him to move in it and also giving Him glory when we see the changes we will be in line with Him. I love Jesus and like you said always want to give God glory in and through all that I do. 🙌🏽🙏

Have a huge organic garden, juicer, dehydrator and the whole veggie show. But, my body was totally out-of-whack. Carnivore has flipped that around over the past few months. So pleased.

I would love to hear the results it has had on your kids. Also saw your video about aldi. If you have a local butcher or maybe even Walmart will have it if you ask.... "steak trimmings" are AMAZING in the air fryer and very cheap. We get ours for $1.99lb. That is what helps out our budget, especially since adding the kids.

People don't like something different. As an alcoholic (3 years sober, praise God) its amazing how weird people are. My old drinking buddies are fine if I just have a soda water while their having beersies, but in most other social settings it's almost an aggressive challenge "why aren't you having a beer?".
I have 0% beers, just saves the judgements and hassles, but I know from my drinking days it's more guilt from them.
I hated being around non-drinkers as deep down I couldn't understand how they could turn down a beer but I couldn't.
So vege eaters don't get carnivores at all, and on some level are jealous.
I'm loving it though: Christian, white, male, hetero, carnivore, gun owner, diesel driver. How else may I offend you today? 😂😂
