Being a prospective Helix buyer, it gives me hope that in spite of the HX Stomp's block limitations, with clever patch design, you can in fact unleash sufficient power from the unit that its usability will remain good enough to outweigh the huge difference in price between this and the all bells&whistles of the full-on floor model. In other words, I am now thinking that the HX stomp, coupled with the Mission Engineering Helix pedal, will be a viable purchase.
