"Perfect Strangers" is a song by the British hard rock band Deep Purple. It is the title track of their 1984 album Perfect Strangers.
This song is about reincarnation. It's a conversation between oneself from their past life and their present self. The song tells about memories this person has from their past life, but they (past and present self) "must remain perfect strangers" to each other.
It is one of the few Deep Purple songs not to feature a guitar solo. Nevertheless, band guitarist Ritchie Blackmore has called it his favorite Deep Purple song.
The lyrics are actually inspired by the Elric books by Michael Moorcock.

Oh, since I'm writing - with the passing of Lemmy, how about some Motörhead? Of course it's not exactly bass playing and without a pick it prolly won't work anyway, but maybe you could have a look at Limb From Limb? Such a great bassline and I never figured out how to play it (especially the second, faster part).

+Lori A Yes, original strings. Not sure of the model but they feel really good. Craftsmanship 10+. Took the bass out of the box, tuned it slights and recorded 2 videos. Set up was good, light bass and it looks awesome. Cheers

Hi , finally i just can see the videos on the computer not on my mobile phone, nice work, and good sound with this bass, one question, this bass i hear it in others videos but with a lot of middle range sound, but in your videos sound with balls, is that the real sound from the bass?.
+Victor capblanguet gray I have my bass volume at 7 and the original song at 4, if it was out of 10 for volume. The audio is going directly into my camera from the audio mixer.
