The top 10 ranked by how much I like it: 1. Ballistic Wistfully - SS tier - my favorite used to be CYCLOLCYC but my opinion’s changed since 2022. I love the unsettling feeling the level gives, especially at the middle part with the spider/ship dual. Makes you feeling on another planet with no way out. A “white hell”. This would get legendary for me if it were to be rated with no stars. The gameplay is exactly what I expect from an impossible level, and the beginning isn’t super impossible, it’s possible to get 1 or even 2% on it. 2. CYCLOLCYC - SS tier - The sequel to Ballistic Wistfully. Still on the same level quality wise, except the difficulty has been taken up 10 notches somehow. This level also gives a similar unsettling vibe of being trapped on a planet in deep space. I think the only reason I like this less is because of the song, and how long ago it was created (mid 2021, like tf? We were still using the original yBot and migrating to zBot 😂). Also worthy of legendary rating. Both this and BW takes you on a journey. 3. Formosa - S tier - You get it. Eightos is really good at making these levels. I love the contrast from other impossible levels and it feels like a low mainlist extreme demon instead of an impossible level. I love the colors used in the level and how playful the vibe is. Still a great level 4. Wistfully - S tier - Although old, it’s still gold. I love the peaceful vibe the level gives off while your player is going through actual hell. I can’t pinpoint why I like this so much, it might be the song contrast. It star try d the Wistfully train and BW and CYC wouldn’t exist without this as well. 5. Rain - S tier - Skyyee’s levels are quite unique, I think this executes what you expect to see perfectly. Great impossible level. I wish the verified version was rated. 6. COM - A tier - Good impossible level with a questionable name. This level reminds me of Super Probably Level and it’s a good thing. The colors are used nicely. I don’t really have much else to say 7. Meth Death X - B tier - I did put this at 7th place, but notice it’s still a B tier. That’s because I actually like this level, you don’t expect Nine Circle levels to be this high on the ILL, but I think the gameplay and the pulses at the end of the drop are quite good. 8. Shipping - C tier - It’s not bad, just a little boring. The gameplay is the best part of the level, but the decoration is similar to Joke Resubmission. The song is interesting as well. 9. Arcturus - C tier - I hate the version on the demonlist, but the version on the ILL is really not that bad for some reason. It feels like the level was made to be impossible and the verified version doesn’t give justice. Decent deco for the ILL. 10. Joke Resubmission - C tier - Although this is in last place, I still like it better than many other impossible levels and even demonlist levels. The single is great, and for a joke level it’s not that bad. It’s a decorated layout however and that’s why it’s in last place. It’s also the sequel to Joke Submission Honorable Mentions: Tax Evasion - A tier - I liked this a lot when it was still on the list for the gameplay, and the purple color. Too bad it got removed Lunar Empress - A tier - I also really liked this level for its purple color. Just goood times overall, can’t believe it failed the mod vote True Shafs - S tier - Amazing impossible level that still hasn’t been fixed. One of the worst series in the games history created one of the best impossible levels ever. It’s great. It sucks it hasn’t been finished gameplay wise Cyberphobia - A tier - Barely out of the top 10, I love how the level progresses
For explain at the base Tax Evasion was a challenge so hard that he got the second place of ILL but 2 probles : some parts (the hard parts) was impossible on 15cps and second the other parts was to easy so they recreate the level and he is now top 1 ILL whit 640 fp on 1440 fps
TE might be sequel to JR. Its harder and overall better. JR shouldnt even been in Top 10 List removed many levels so JR is closer to Top 15. Its so easy to make Top 1 IL. Im creating one

I hate all of them. Honestly the only reason they're hard is due to the fact that they're either completely unsightreadable, 85% of the level is invisible, or timings so tight its basically just luck. Make a real level.
Eightos will kill you for that, he’s like few of the creators who is special in creating impossible levels with this little team like Cyclolcyc and Ballistic Wistfully… They have gameplay and even rate worthy (kind of) deco.
