I wrote this script after finishing episode 3, so a lot of this is dated as of now. I ended up reading a tiny bit ahead in the manga b/c i HAD to know about chigiri. I only read the few chapters about chigiri, so i'm back to watching the anime regularly like other anime-only watchers! i might end up reading the manga after watching this season honestly. the manga covers i've seen look so cool 😍

actually, players that are eliminated from bluelock can still play soccer professionally. They are just banned from the japanese world cup team, so they can still play in the J-League if they desire. But yeah i guess every professional player dreams to make it to the world cup and rise the trophy for their country like the olympics
Since you're a big fan of sports anime I'm curious if you've seen "Major"? It's my favourite one but its't rare to encounter other people that have watched it.
i haven't heard of it and looking it up there's a lot of seasons so i don't know if i could ever get around to watching it. but i'll keep it in my back pocket for sports anime to perhaps watch in the future. thanks for the recommendation!
