He’s a truly good man and what was done to him was disgusting and disgraceful. I’d also point out her career was behind her, and she absolutely had everything to gain from making up this false allegation. I stand with Judge Kavanaugh. He is a man of honor, integrity and courage. His demeanor is that of an honorable man who has had both his professional and personal smeared by the obvious lies and collusion of the Democrats and their cronies to aide, encourage and coach Ford. Ford in her contrived and sympathy evoking 'little girl voice', with her alternating between the phony voice and acting as if she's on the verge of tears one moment and looking up through her hair and smiling, the next. Pure theatrics. All designed to play the role of a victim, But she is not a victim. In fact she does a terrible disservice to all real victims of sexual assaults. Judge Kavanaugh displays the honest emotion of a man who not only has never done the things the Dems and Ford and others have lied about -- His are the emotions of a man who would never even think of doing such things. Think of this: One of the words Ford used early in her introduction, was to say she and her friends (from school) would 'intercept' the boys from Ford's school. Intercept is a strange word to use. It means to block or obstruct. A more time and age appropriate words or phrases would be 'meet up', hang around with' or 'run into'. Also, unless her parents and teachers were completely oblivious, if she experienced anything remotely close to what she describes, then even without saying anything, there would have been obvious changes in her demeanor, eating or other personal habits, sleep patterns, school work or social activities. Yet it seems she didn't display any of those things. A person who truly has had such a life altering event that it results in PTSD, it often hampers their upward movement through life. Some can and do over compensate for it, but also many self medicate to get through their lives. Ford seems to have not even displayed those common traits. Of course her history was not brought into the discussion and yes, I believe it relevant and should have been entered. Her claim that her husband not wanting a second front door is laughable. It sounds more like she wanted a second point of entry to their home to better facilitate her 'hosting Google employees'. I can speak from personal experience that when one has had either their person violated or the security of their residence violated, you become hyper observant and you do take precautions to avoid any potential events in the future. Adding a second front door was not one of them. Bolstering physical security of my residence and person was / is multi-fold. Feinstein was wrong to have sat on this so-called evidence --- At the very least she should face censure -- She cannot feign ignorance of the proper procedure for handling such allegations. In fact, the kid gloves used by the Dems when interacting with Ford was more akin to an adult encouraging a shy and awkward child -- Perhaps her 'little girl voice' was successful in its ploy. In the end I hope Judge Kavanaugh is seated on the SCOTUS. We need a strong Constitutionalist on the court. I also believe that Ford will become the darling of the Leftist / Socialist / Democratic crowd -- Will likely get a fat book deal, a lucrative speaking career. Of course if any speaking engagements involve flying, I assume she'll request such speaking events be held in places where she can continue to pursue her hobbies of surfing and oceanography; since flying to and from those activities don't provoke her intermittent and seemingly selective fear of flying.

I am apalled at the many comments I have read because no one is speaking intelligently. Everything is sarcastic or highly rude. That being said- I’m sorry to say- an appellate judge with 12 years experience could have blown holes thru her character witness testimony- yet he lost his cool and sniffled and became angry- qualities unbecoming of a lawyer- He’s an appellate judge! His legal applications are so basic - his ability to rhetorically defend himself - he shouldn’t be a scouts- he’s not the caliber of legal scholar as Gorsuch and he showed it with his own testimony.
Kavanaugh showed genuine emotion. His voice and physical responses were that of a person absolutely appalled by the blatantly politically motivated attack upon his character. Conversely would you prefer him to have shown absolutely no emotion when defending a lifetime of showing himself to be of good and moral character? Remember; the dubious allegations him are solely rooted in him and his character as a man -- not as a judge defending his decisions. Emotions, if genuine and authentic are expected and required to validate the depth to which such untrue stories affect him. Perhaps you're using his emotions against him because they also show just how contrived the testimony of Ford was. While her voice was that of a quaking little girl on the verge of tears, no other usual and expected physical responses were involved. Her voice is almost a monotone. She used her voice and posturing to illicit sympathy, wasn't necessary as she was playing to the Dems who had already decided to support her without evidence corroboration. Instead, her acting only served to underscore just how lacking in credibility her 'recovered memories' of an alleged incident are. Kavanaugh is a Constitutionalist and exactly what the SCOTUS needs. I do not discount the capacity of a person to more than adequately perform their job simply because they, as a human being with a full range of emotions displays them in response to a very personal matter, outside the course of their position.

I think the schemes, subterfuge, and malicious attacks against Mr Kavanaugh and his family have been extremely disgraceful. Those complicit in the charade of presenting themselves as legitimate representatives who have undertaken and supported the disgraceful behavior of the troublemakers. I fully hope that the roots of the deceptive plans are exposed for ALL to see. Personally, I would have preferred to see someone else nominated for the SCOTUS seat vacated recently. My misgivings about Mr Kavanaugh were based on concerns about what appears to be a global-centric approach to his considerations and interpretations of matters he has been involved in. I feel he may not have the best interests of individuals over corporate/global/and privacy rights. I didn't hear of enough scrutiny of those aspects throughout the hearings. An FBI investigation could have been done already. It's Republicans who insisted on an open Congressional investigation with the media. I stand with Judge Kavanaugh.
He is a man of honor, integrity and courage. His demeanor is that of an honorable man who has had both his professional and personal smeared by the obvious lies and collusion of the Democrats and their cronies to aide, encourage and coach Ford.
Ford in her contrived and sympathy evoking 'little girl voice', with her alternating between the phony voice and acting as if she's on the verge of tears one moment and looking up through her hair and smiling, the next. Pure theatrics. All designed to play the role of a victim, But she is not a victim.
In fact she does a terrible disservice to all real victims of sexual assaults.
Judge Kavanaugh displays the honest emotion of a man who not only has never done the things the Dems and Ford and others have lied about -- His are the emotions of a man who would never even think of doing such things.
Think of this: One of the words Ford used early in her introduction, was to say she and her friends (from school) would 'intercept' the boys from Ford's school.
Intercept is a strange word to use. It means to block or obstruct. A more time and age appropriate words or phrases would be 'meet up', hang around with' or 'run into'.
Also, unless her parents and teachers were completely oblivious, if she experienced anything remotely close to what she describes, then even without saying anything, there would have been obvious changes in her demeanor, eating or other personal habits, sleep patterns, school work or social activities. Yet it seems she didn't display any of those things.
A person who truly has had such a life altering event that it results in PTSD, it often hampers their upward movement through life. Some can and do over compensate for it, but also many self medicate to get through their lives. Ford seems to have not even displayed those common traits. Of course her history was not brought into the discussion and yes, I believe it relevant and should have been entered.
Her claim that her husband not wanting a second front door is laughable. It sounds more like she wanted a second point of entry to their home to better facilitate her 'hosting Google employees'. I can speak from personal experience that when one has had either their person violated or the security of their residence violated, you become hyper observant and you do take precautions to avoid any potential events in the future. Adding a second front door was not one of them. Bolstering physical security of my residence and person was / is multi-fold.
Feinstein was wrong to have sat on this so-called evidence --- At the very least she should face censure -- She cannot feign ignorance of the proper procedure for handling such allegations. In fact, the kid gloves used by the Dems when interacting with Ford was more akin to an adult encouraging a shy and awkward child -- Perhaps her 'little girl voice' was successful in its ploy.
In the end I hope Judge Kavanaugh is seated on the SCOTUS. We need a strong Constitutionalist on the court.
I also believe that Ford will become the darling of the Leftist / Socialist / Democratic crowd -- Will likely get a fat book deal, a lucrative speaking career. Of course if any speaking engagements involve flying, I assume she'll request such speaking events be held in places where she can continue to pursue her hobbies of surfing and oceanography; since flying to and from those activities don't provoke her intermittent and seemingly selective fear of flying.

I am apalled at the many comments I have read because no one is speaking intelligently. Everything is sarcastic or highly rude. He’s an appellate judge! His legal applications are so basic - his ability to rhetorically defend himself - he shouldn’t be a scouts- he’s not the caliber of legal scholar as Gorsuch and he showed it with his own testimony.
Kavanaugh showed genuine emotion. His voice and physical responses were that of a person absolutely appalled by the blatantly politically motivated attack upon his character. Conversely would you prefer him to have shown absolutely no emotion when defending a lifetime of showing himself to be of good and moral character? Remember; the dubious allegations him are solely rooted in him and his character as a man -- not as a judge defending his decisions. Emotions, if genuine and authentic are expected and required to validate the depth to which such untrue stories affect him.
Perhaps you're using his emotions against him because they also show just how contrived the testimony of Ford was. While her voice was that of a quaking little girl on the verge of tears, no other usual and expected physical responses were involved. Her voice is almost a monotone. She used her voice and posturing to illicit sympathy, wasn't necessary as she was playing to the Dems who had already decided to support her without evidence corroboration. Instead, her acting only served to underscore just how lacking in credibility her 'recovered memories' of an alleged incident are.
Kavanaugh is a Constitutionalist and exactly what the SCOTUS needs. I do not discount the capacity of a person to more than adequately perform their job simply because they, as a human being with a full range of emotions displays them in response to a very personal matter, outside the course of their position.
His tears demonstrate that he is NOT guilty. He extends forgiveness as a Christian to this woman.

I think the schemes, subterfuge, and malicious attacks against Mr Kavanaugh and his family have been extremely disgraceful. Personally, I would have preferred to see someone else nominated for the SCOTUS seat vacated recently. My misgivings about Mr Kavanaugh were based on concerns about what appears to be a global-centric approach to his considerations and interpretations of matters he has been involved in. I feel he may not have the best interests of individuals over corporate/global/and privacy rights. I didn't hear of enough scrutiny of those aspects throughout the hearings. Instead there was a plethora of political jockeying and personal grandstanding that seemed to rule the committee members. Not being impressed with the politics of the Bush family also presented personal concerns due to Mr Kavanaugh's consideration for the post.
To see how the ne'er do wells have made a complete mockery of the process and how they have fabricated blatant and obvious lies against this man and his family, ignored due process, brought despicable words and judgments against him is so disheartening. It makes the perpetrators of these accusations and ill-will look so depraved and begs the question of their eligibility to sit in government and be paid with funds taken through taxation of hard earned wages of those they seem to forget they campaigned to represent. I don't buy Kavanaugh's tears over his daughter's prayer when he won't ask for an FBI investigation and knows his friend, Mark Judge, is hiding out. He dissembles about what other witnesses say and didn't say, draws conclusions without evidence, and diverts blame just like Trump.
The media is not responsible for his yearbooks image. An FBI investigation could have been done already. It's Republicans who insisted on an open Congressional investigation with the media. If he is innocent, this shouldn't be about protecting his friend.
