This is definitely one of the best drops of 2022.
My picks for best shoes of any year are typically adidas SPZL and Wales Bonner releases.
I’m pleased to see this one make your top list. It means, to me, sneaker aficionados are recognizing the joy and story of just the shoe itself.

I really didn't want to like this shoe but it's so dope and such a dope concept. I got the last two releases on release day on retail and even double-up on the yellows on a restock. But I liked them so much I went ahead and sold a couple kicks in wasn't wearing to get the studio white colorway. As a dad/sneaker enthusiast you want to wear dope kicks but functionality quality and durability become a lot more important and sadly, outside of ACG Nike doesn't tend to tick those boxes so I've been getting more into New Balance and Salomon and Adidas and Asics. Kicks that are still dope but I can walk in for hours and can withstand the rigueurs of everyday wear but still can be brought back to life with a quick cleaning or wipe down. These are it.
Man, I wish I could get a pair retail. Not going to pay resale for them ever. Really dig the silhouette, just everyone grabbing them. The Brown ones were up for a while on SNKRS this morning, but my size, just like usual, was sold out immediately. Literally hit buy before the first minute it was up and could not snag a pair. Oh well. On to the next. Always dig your content. Keep up the great work!

How is the sizing? I wear an 11.5 in Jordan 1s.
You can go TTS or even a half size under depending on how snug you like your Jordan 1's. Most people I've talked with would agree that a half size down feels pretty good.
