Folks..this is legit. Unbelievable. Do it like he says, "no tricks". I have even done this with "Costco belly" that is in strips; cut them in half, 4 pieces Mae a nice rect-like slab. Do the bottom cuts like he says, season in there, and the sides. Follow the tech and the results will be astounding...*sooo* much time saved, *very high quality* results. Not "hype" like MANY air fryer techs and recipes.
This one makes you seem like a way more skilled person in the kitchen than required. Highly recommend trying this.

I use near the same season just with brown sugar also and Italian herbs and also do the bed of foil , what I do is dry it out for about 6hrs with salt only on skin side , then when putting into the air fryer I brush it with white vinegar then 90 degrees for 30mins then put and brush again with vinegar and bk in at 200 degrees for 40 mins and she comes out amazing

i make crisp pork shin on pancheta in a normal oven. or a hot air oven. same technic. and i make the best sauce , by putting some prunes and bele boske apple on the buttom . they give the best taste to the rich sauce. you can boil the skin before , you can do it without boining the skin .

Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

Amazon has meat tenderizers that consist of about 40 very sharp teeth or pins. They can provide a more consistent creation of holes in the skin for consistent crisping. And also the salt time in the fridge helps as well. But I'm going the panchetta route this time to see if the meat cooks up better while providing a lovely crisp skin.
