Most alphas don't even realize they are. LMFAO You either are or aren't. Even if you work at it it won't help ultimately if things get bad most will freeze up and no amount of training will help honestly.

Men today need to pay attention to Shi Heng Yi. In my generation, the "strong silent type" was revered as the Alpha Male. Shi Heng Yi is exactly like that. Today, many people (women included) seem to revere the loud, pushy male. As a woman, THIS strong, silent type of man, a gentleman, who takes care of his responsibilities, is who I respect. My dad was such a man.

I feel like that idea alone has implications in different areas (masculinity and caring of the traits associated, teammates and taking care of them, friends and taking care of them, family and taking care of them, health and taking care of it, etc.).

909 usually self-confidence comes from training. That's why we want everyone to have proper training about behavioral supports occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, how to work at the farm, how to work at the ranch, how to work at the construction site. That's why I was saying anyone in a wheelchair and anyone that can't read or write needs an interpreter and at least three caregivers in addition to everyone receiving pay so we don't have discrimination. We need Medicaid to apply to every doctor, nurse and patient.

And most importantly Know How to Decipher, Because 1000 people can be wrong just watch a game show! And they need to be Strong in spirit, mind, body and soul. And Not Afraid To Be Alone & Not Afraid to Not to be alone! Also, Not afraid to face your fears, doubts and worries! Also, most importantly, you must have balance and harmony with everything!
