My fav has to be when Homer and Flanders have to go save the kids at the school. (They got snowed in) at the end after Flanders car was rusty the doors fell off but in some inside clips the doors are back. 👀

The biggest mistake that I remember wasn't shown here. In the episode where Homer talks about when Maggie was born, in a flashback scene Homer comes home to find Marge on the couch just starting to go into labor. In the background, hanging on the wall, is a picture of Maggie. So even though Marge was pregnant with Maggie, they somehow already had a picture of her in their living room.
The king-size homer timeline is an asboslute mess. During span of one day bart and Lisa go off to school, then are mysteriously home, then shown returning for the day holding their books, then shown back on the schoolbus heading home

There was a scene in the episode where they rip off the Beatles with barbershop quartet. There’s a scene where marge “replaces” homer with a crude homer statute and after Lisa and Bart scream with it falling apart, the next scene is Santa’s little helper digging up a hole in the back yard to throw in the homer bucket head which is crazy because it takes place when Bart and Lisa were really young.
One I noticed was In the episode 'Funeral For a Fiend' . Sideshow Bob's father will be sitting next to the judge then will teleport to sitting with everyone else then back next to the judge again when Bob pretends to have a heart attack.

In the season six episode 'Grandpa VS. Sexual Inadequacy,' Homer takes off in Marge's car when he goes back up to his childhood farm. But when he arrives at the farmhouse, he's in his own car.

After a few strides, the cloak falls of Frank. Cut to police chasing him, then back to Frank, who is somehow wearing the cloak again, only to have it fall off once more. He must have those cloaks on a roll, like paper towels.

They messed up homer and marges wedding. In one of the early episodes they say homer bought a cheap wedding with just him and marge but then in the Simpsons movie both of their families are there

In E I E I Annoyed Grunt, after Lisa congratulates Homer on starting up a tomacco stand, her head turns into an animation gaffe as her hair duplicates into what looks like unedited animation cels layered over top one another. After binging most of the show, this is the most sloppy of Simpsons errors.
In a simpson episode, Homer is leaving the power plant along with his friends. Montgomery Burns bribes them to stay by giving them donuts that taste like heaven. In one shot, the donuts are chocolate, pink and I forgot the other one but it wasnt pink or chocolate. In the next shot they are all pink. My brother spotted this a few days ago watching it on sky along with me and yes we still watch the simpsons (around three quarters of the episodes)
I noticed an error in Episode S4:E11 - Homer is eating bacon & eggs. A close up shot has them the correct color, then a wider shot has the colors reversed - the eggs are reddish brown and the bacon is yellow like eggs.
Another error at 3:57, Lisa has chicken drumsticks on her plate despite the fact she became vegetarian 2 seasons ago.
