That scene where Bart steals Santa's sleigh wasn't deleted. Bart points the gun at him and says ''lay in the snow and count to 60.''
truth. I saw that scene back in the 90's original episode aired publicly.
A bunch of these were not cut because they went too far, they were cut for time constraints. Episodes need to run for precise times due to commercial run-times that need to be fit into the time-slot. These cuts can be because episodes run for anywhere from a few seconds or minutes over the limit.
Most of these scenes aren't cut at all. I've seen most of these times every single time they're on TV
Doctor Proteus and it’s very possible that they appear on the Hulu or Disney+ versions
Are these deleted because I could have sworn I've seen some of these in episodes.

I can't imagine something appropriate appearing in Family Guy. It's kind of... not any good.
That's why The Simpsons comes on at tea time and Family Gut doesn't come on until post-watershed...
It's the same reason everything on Breaking Bad would be considered inappropriate for Friends...

That’s the beauty of Simpsons..you can watch it with everyone of your family..not being uncomfortable..& family guy is more fun because its way more offensive than you can imagine..both shows r different & beautiful in their way

It might have been cut later, because the older episodes are longer they tend to get scene cuts for syndication, to make room for more advertisement time.

Oh yeah, I have seen some of these moments in the actual episodes. Though a good bunch I either don't remember or are new so this was neat!
The episode "Maximum Homerdrive" has some really funny deleted scenes.
The part of the episode where Homer plays "Wannabe" on the radio, originally it was some poorly sung song detailing a really gruesome car accident.
Also, when the other truckers are trying to stop Homer, they throw a dog into the road, and we hear a loud THUD as the dog is run over. One of the truckers says "Whose idea was the dawg????"

BONUS: in "Homer vs. the Eighteenth Amendment", a British Fish&Chips shop is blown up during the St Patrick's Day parade.
although it was aired on Television, the scene is sometimes removed during Irish and British broadcasts due to the sensitivity of The Troubles at the time.
None of these are deleted scenes. They're all in the televised versions of each of these episodes.

The first one feel like it made sense....cause in the ending music number Ned and Marge were dancing while being angels since the end of the Ned zone.

These scened were not deleted because they went to far. They delete them for syndication so they can put more commercials in. They are on the DVDs & on Disney+

I've listened to many audio commentaries, and the vast majority are cut for time, not because they went too far.
Last one might be homage for various episodes like the one where Marge and Ned has to act as lovers or where Marge replaces the husband in her book to Ned

I never consider the simpsons as a 'kids' movie. It has so many adult jokes, sexual references, nudity, language like 'ass' and 'hell' and 'bitch' which is not appropriate of kids, and there is violence/gore in the treehouse of horror eps

Ok, maybe someone here remembers in one of the last scenes of the Episode where the Simpsons go to China they talk to a female Chinese official and I could swear the first time I've watched it on TV she said something like "I too was once a little boy", but I've seen it a few years ago again and she said "I too was a once a little girl". The first one with Bart hijacking Santa is in the episode, I have seen it multiple times. The deleted scene you mentioned in Krusty Gets Cancelled and Homer in Hell scenes were in "138th Episode Spectacular" when Troy McClure shows extended and deleted scenes.
