SALAM mes FRERES de TAHTIB: je VIENS de découvrir

Pour l’Egypte, nous avons procédé avec succès à l’inscription de la version traditionnelle, « Tahteeb - Jeu du bâton » au Patrimoine Universel de l’Unesco, validée en AG à Addis-Abeba le 30 Novembre 2016. Pour le sauver de l'urbanisation rapides des villages de Haute-Egypte, nous l'avons structuré et codifié comme sport moderne, art martial, avec des tournois : MODERN TAHTIB (MT).Avec MT, il est question maintenant des Olympiades en 2032, lorsque les JO seront en Afrique, avec une probabilité de 30% pour l'Egypte. Via des centres régionaux, nous développons sur 40 pays répartis sur 3 continents.

its not entirely sword .. because stick alone beats sword alone .. but there is alot of swording tecniques here yes .. i would say you know long sword right ?

not too polluted by far east martial art... and some of its techniques could work with scimitars and other curved middle eastern blades... seems legit... Wonder if the hopping movement allows for fighting in sandy surfaces

Keep in mind that the Egyptian Battle Staff's roots claim 5000 years tracked development far before any far east martial art track.
In addition, the typical ball park in Egypt was and is a sandy ground.
