One way to get an adrenaline rush:
When you are going trick or treating and there's and bucket outside full with candy when you get three candy then there is a lady outside, then you hear the lady,"NO,ONLY TWO CANDY!!"she walks back inside and you take the whole bucket and then the lady yells,"COME OVER HERE RIGHT NOW!!!!!"then the adrenaline starts kicking in,so you run across the neighborhood like Usain Bolt running a 100 something meter dash

I’ve had a adrenaline rush experience, I was 15 and about 70kg (154 pounds), my next door neighbour fell down a hill while he was on his ride on mower, luckily he was no where near the blades and it had a safely shut off system, however he was trapped and I rushed to help him, this mower is over 90kg (198 pounds) keep in mind and I lifted the actual mower up off him and the ground. Afterward I called an ambulance and they helped him out, I tried lifting the mower again the next day and could barely move it
Adrenaline can make you 3 time's stronger. You probably could lift 1000 pounds so 200 really isn't nothing in that mode
@@ricklopez4703 does it matter if you train? Like you can lift heavy stuff as a bodybuilder, will getting a rush make you even stronger
@@realhades9178 yeah if you can pick up 500 pounds then when you have " hysterical strength" you should be able to lift 3 time's more. Also that's just a scientific explaination which they say your brain purposely limits your strength to 1/3 of its potential but others say it's a phenomenon meaning your body can adapt to a threat so that explains why mother's can flip cars over when saving they're babies

Hum...yes. exaxtly
if it was alife or death situation
Just use a rubber glove mate for god's sake and it will pop opens before you even open your eyes
I say that because typical Humans usually tend to close their eyes when they are pushing themselve to their full extent
Although it might not be their full extent because in most cases adrenaline won't have kicked in like VTEC in Honda civic cars or nitrous in race cars
So if it still does not open after even using a rubber glove then their is a very simple solution to that
Just smash it with a hammer it will be torn into pieces

Strong enough to push your limits, which you normally won't be able to push because your muscles and joints will ache and your brain will force you to stop.
“Adrenaline rush can” is just slang for Popeyes can of spinach
*Nice phrase building there*
10% from a pistol being fired which is merely a slight scare, i guess it intensifies depending on the bodies pre-conditioning to muscle training and how big a rush you're subjected to, a 22 year old woman lifting a car off her dad is much bigger than a 10% increase in strength but the stakes were alot higher than hearing a pistol being fired into the air
15-30% (depens what kind of adrenaline rush)

In January of 2020, me and my two brothers were in an ATV accident. My brother’s leg was caught underneath the frame of the ATV. While both of my brothers were still strapped in, I single handedly lifted the entire front end of the ATV. We did the math and estimated that the section I lifted was around 1’200lbs (give or take) due to the engine and all the major components being at the front. At the time, I was 14, standing 6’1, and weighed about 160lbs. Thanks to the power of adrenaline, my brother was able to keep his leg and has perfect function of it today. Adrenaline rushes in situations like that are no joke.
Adrenaline mainly stops your self imposed muscle limit, your brain subconsciously puts a limit on how much of your muscles you can use and with adrenaline that limit is much higher, the limit is also different between people hence why swole dudes can only lift a highish amount and skinny people can lift way more than they look like they can, this also couples with genetics
The reason why "swole dudes" can only lift a "highish amount" is because they usually train specifically for hypertrophy instead of strength.

*How strong can an adrenaline rush can make you? *
Well.. it can make you strong enough for the task which needs to be done e.g. chased by a dog, u can run at the speed of usain bolt to save your life , lift up super heavy things which u normally cant but only for the important task like if u or someone else is trapped inside....
The video doesn't really answer the question in the title, other than the one example of a 10% grip strength increase.
sarty that's what i was thinking
In order to answer how strong it can make u they would have to actually know your strength, therefore they just said it makes you 10% stronger

Human on adrenalin rush.
Ninjaananas
What applies to humans also applies to other animals. The bear was *not* on an adrenaline rush, and not even really aggressive, just perplexed with that weird animal freaking out. Bear just gave the woman two swats with its paw, didn't even try to bite her.
If the bear's cubs were around and it perceived the human as threatening, or it just was hungry, you can imagine what would happen to the lady if a polar bear went all out on her.
No she problably died because it doesn't matter how strong you are a human isnt going to win a hand to hand fight with a polar bear.
Adrenaline is basically a strength buff
When we use these rushes to save others or even pets in danger and not ourselves is heroic, that flight or fight for others because we can bond emotionally with other objects is amazing
This is why I love intense athletics, the adrenaline rush is so addictive.

Never happened to me but once me and my brother were jogging and I have asthma (breathing problem) and I was 12 at the time so after jogging for about 4 minutes he went inside while I stayed and jogged after a few more minutes I noticed I wasn't tired so I picked up speed and I jogged for about an hour before I told my mom that I can't stop running I'm not tired but. It was dark so I went inside and I never was able to do it again
you serious? I can run 23,9 mp/h for about 10-15 seconds...
I've sprinted at 20 miles when I realised I was late for school for around 1 minute, and then realised that I'd ripped multiple fibers from their anchor points. The drivers on the roads that day were astonished when they saw a person run as fast as their cars were moving XD
@@theshermantanker7043 I can move faster than their cars can move in a school zone
"How Strong _Can_ An Adrenaline Rush _Can_ Make You?"
The adrenaline rush is literally like the Kaioken 😂
No kaioken IS like adrenaline
@@jesuletus5979 bro
I love adrenaline, that feeling of being punched for the first time in boxing, or hit for the first time in football
Whos Here Before the title gets changed from "How strong can An Adreanaline Rush *Can* Make You"?
“How strong can an adrenaline rush can make you?”
Just imagine your in a mma fight and your enemy starts shaking but still acting normally 💀
I had an adrenaline rush taking down 3 football players twice my size and the coach still didn’t let me play. I was smaller but was also constantly out working every single player on the team and eating properly. Never given a chance to play a single game my senior year even when giving it my all. But I learned a trick on how to at least be able to push myself a little bit further. I don’t know if it is the same thing but I gained the ability to increase my strength and numb all my pain at will and increasing my heart rate. The best way it activates for me though is when I feel like I am going to or getting ready for a fight. It is scary what you can do when your in that moment.
Best title I've seen in years
can y'all shut up about the title yeah they made a mistake ok literally everyone gets it MOVE ON
It's funny lol
Haters gonna hate

Imagine if someone could control their own anger and adrenaline and use it as a weapon.
Once I was trying to fetch my football to continue playing with my friends. I got lost looking for it, I turned around and saw a fucking huge bulldog running in my direction at full speed with a very angry face, I immediately took off and I ran so fast that I couldn’t see anything in front of me. What’s even crazier is that I jumped over a wall that was 3 if not more times my height. I remember having the best sleep I’ve had in a long time that day
My sister could lift 2 bottles of soda. She is most likely toddler hulk
I'm Latté a lot toddlers seem to have extra strength for their body size, when my cousin was 2 she could do perfect chin-ups, most adults I know can barely do chin-ups. They should have toddler olympics lol
Simply Crazy Oh XD thanks for the info my toddler sister couldn’t do chin ups though 😆
one time i was swimming i had an adrenaline rush cuz it was the last lap and my coach told me he would treat me snacks if i win so i had like unlimited stamina and won the race
basically you
