We're back with #DesignMeDevon at last! This time we tackle a Container Salvage Yard and renovate it into a modern/contemporary eco home. ENJOY!

Amazing build as always, fingers crossed for positive news for Blue. I’m a big dog lover, I have 6, used to have 7 but we lost our sweet Lola in Feb last year, so know too well how hard a time it is when they’re unwell. Hoping everything goes ok for him 🤞🏻❤

I have missed Design Me Devon, the electric car was genius. Loved how this build turned out in the end. I was expecting to see some pampas grass, seeing as I know how much you love it.

I love container builds, moody aesthetics and this is my favourite shower hack- I do it all the time! It makes sense because the water would drain downwards. Love everything!

Hi sweetie I've been closely following blue's development and medical follow-up. I thank you for keeping us informed even when there is not much to be said for waiting for new exams. everything will go well during his MRI on Monday. he is a strong boy who has the support of wonderful parents who love him dearly and prayers from a community that loves you dearly. don't worry about the possible lack or decrease of content. we understand the seriousness of this time for you and we will always be here for you.

I play a lot of Rags to Riches games and usually start with a plain lot but this would be perfect for a different kind of story! xx
Same! You could definitely use a money cheat to have them living homeless in a lot like this. I also like to get them to save up and buy a wrecked first home 'at auction' to do up slowly as they can afford it.
@@samrudd1555 That's a really good idea! I tend to just build a tiny house around them as they sell stuff.... Definitely cheat their funds to zero first, also if doing it through the Scenarios only give them an empty lot cos EA lets you buy a house! I have a number of "slums" and "derelict" builds from the gallery that I use too. xx

happy weekend! i've been a never-miss-an-upload, never-leave-a-comment watcher of the channel for a while and have finally decided to break my silence. i started watching your channel when i was about 13 or 14? before i even had the sims 4. my early faves of yours were the pink palace from coraline and ms peregrine's home for peculiar children which were PHENOMENAL and have since been taken down i think. have been reflecting as i'm turning 20 this year and you're one of the few youtubers that i have consistently watched throughout the entirety of my teen years. your videos are always a comfort at the end of a long week and i'm repeatedly surprised by the versatility of builds you can get out of this game. sorry for the life story lol. keeping you and blue in my thoughts and prayers

Don’t worry Aden, the best you can do for the environment is living in an old apartment or house. New buildings (even those that are supposed to be eco-friendly) are not always the best for the environment. ☺️ it is better to renovate and keep the existing buildings than building new ones.

I love this build. If EA was smart they would make a store for modders. Like the TS3 store but modded items. They could upload to the shop, have it approved and get some type of reward for it ($, points, idk).
