While NOT affected illness-wise I have been limiting my outside wanderings to grocery stores. While shopping in such a store yesterday, I made a joke to my friend and began to giggle. I was informed that I was having entirely too good a time. So obviously my sanity is in peril. I would be happy with any topic (well not a how to on washing my hands as I think I have graduated from that class) that involves the word "live". I love lux fabrics (lace, jacquard, silk), jewelry and really any accessories. Maybe how to "bling" out fabric only using needle and thread? I use clear nail polish top coat on the earrings that irritate my ears and it usually fixes it!

Have you considered getting the studs on the two last pairs changed? Depending on how they're attatched it shouldn't be that difficult/expensive to find someone who can do it.

I loved the little anecdotes the most haha and I totally understand those festive earrings you have!! Last Christmas, I was so excited to wear my gold and metallic red earrings for the holidays but maaan were my ears TIRED after a full day. Thankfully my ears aren't so sensitive but wow were those heavy.

I like what you said about the earrings. That you chose them depending on how you feel. It happens to me too. I wanna be more minimalist, and I am, but there are some pieces that still I like, and I feel like I can't have only one stile. There are a lot of stiles that lives in me. ❤️

I love jewelry and own waaay too many earrings. I am always in the mood to see anyone's collection. I love the graceful shapes and designs of this collection. While I know it is a different demo from sewing, I wonder if vintage (inexpensive that is) jewelry could be updated to avoid problems affecting our "modern" ear lobes?
"I can only wear these when my ears are in mint condition"..... that's so me.
I LOVE bug bold earrings but since having my kids I stopped wearing them as they became a hazard... now I wear a simple pearl stud.... which I love...but some days I just wanna switch it up. And then sometimes I just don't have the time. Lol
If you do not like where the rose gold necklace hits, you could shorten or lengthen the chain. If you go for a shorter chain, you can easily do it yourself. If you want to switch it to a longer chain, it is harder but a jeweller could fix it for you in a few minutes.
Have you thought about the Muji perspex cases for your jewellery? You can alter the insides of the drawers so you can store from rings to statement necklaces. I will try to send you a picture.
Hahaha when my husband proposed I had the exact same thought (next to many random more): „It’s GoLd?!?!“ I actually didn’t like gold jewelry at that time and thought only silver suit me. But I’m totally reconciled with gold jewelry now and I‚m wearing my engagement ring with great joy ☺️

With the pink resin earrings you can clean the tarnishing and put a nail polish clear coat on them to protect your ears

The 2nd to last pair of earrings you should try putting 1 or 2 coats of clear nail polish on them.
I've done that before & it helped
Lol I think having "strong" earlobes is a flex cause my lobes are so tiny omg... like if I wore any of your earrings for even a few minutes I would be scared my lobes would literally rip! I wear tiny huggies on a daily basis and they dont even hug!!!

you can also clean silver jewelry by soaking it in white vinegar for about 10 mins. it's much easier than the toothbrush and baking soda method 😁😁👍
I find that if you have a necklace that is too short but you can't change the chain on it, Etsy has these extension chains to make the original chain longer. This could work for the Jennybird necklace? x

Have you tried a coat of clear nailvarnish on the pink earrings, to protect your skin from direct contact?
on your painful earrings: have you considered re-posting them? You can hit up a craft store and buy new posts to use. I have super sensitive ears and cannot have nickel, that means sterling silver and a lot of gold posts are out of the question for me. However, I can still go cheap if I make sure the posts are from another metal called niobium. It is not as shiny as nickel which is why it isn't used in costume jewelry but my ears are ~happy~ and I don't have to deal with bleeding ear lobes for a week.

@@marianosman9382 look for "jackets"-- the circle jacket is removable and can be added to other studs. sometimes when they're attached they're still called jacket stud earrings. :)

Remove periodically and redo.
