A glitch rather than a fault? My screen went black after I had done 50 kms with the car! Thankfully it’s behaving now. My xc60 also had its moments but is more stable now.
I've just used the Skoda nav at the weekend to get into Aberdeen city centre and found it sent me some bizarre routes - long ways for shortcuts. So ignored the directions and just stuck with Apple Maps. That still provides some directions on the HUD as well, just not the AR arrows.
Just over 2 years with mine and I'm almost liking the built in satnav. I suppose it helps that it works with the HUD. Quick off-topic question - the circled number next to the time display at the top of the screen - what does that signify? I've never had the time to work it out. Finally, I am getting more range by dropping my toasty temperature down a tick or two, and rather counterintuitively putting regen to "0". (I hit sport mode and use the paddle to kill it off.)
It's a number of unread notifications, mine is for app updates that are available to download. For best efficiency I use D mode and auto regen and take climate off auto and set fan speed 1 and 20 degrees.
Hey whats your long term miles per kWh on your car since you've had it and over how many miles? I've had my car 6 months and only just started to reach 4.0-4.2 miles per kWh on a regular basis
@@enyaq_gorm over 3,100 miles I'm averaging 3.2 miles per kWh, mainly due to not driving the car efficiently and the past winter sub 5°C temperatures. Constantly demisting the windscreen too. Recently I've found the best way for me to drive to achieve maximum efficiency is to select Eco, use Auto regen in D mode, coast when I can, use the regen paddles when approaching red lights/stop sign junctions etc, use cruise control even in urban traffic.
We had exactly the same on our 2021 Octavia. Had us sat in a field in Devon, turning off and on did nothing. It rectified itself the next day.
