Perhaps it should be "Generate 6 months of content IDEAS in 3 days". But there is a wide gulf between generating content ideas and actually creating the content.

I highly recommend getting a blog to help with SEO. But if you're really against blogging, I'd focus on creating some sort of pages or tools that are going to draw traffic in to your site. You also need to leverage social media and PPC to build brand awareness.

If the keywords are populating the same results in the SERPs then use them together in the same post. However, if it's populating different results then create a new post for it :)
Would it be duplicate content if you post very similar content? Many of the keywords in my search console are already in the post generating traffic. Of course, not enough traffic :)
