i feel the exact same way. my brother has lived by himself for probably 5 years and my sister for a year. but it still feel soso weird to be at home just by myself with my parents. growing up also scares the shit out of me because i feel so not ready to make big dissions and i hate the idea of having whole responsibility of my life. fuck.

I'm 17 and I'm going through this right now and it's so hard sometimes that I end up isolating myself which is not the solution. But I love you Chris and it's always great to remind yourself you're not the only one feeling this way and that you're not alone, even if it feels like it (in general speaking). I can relate because my brother is going off to college in another state and its really hard to let him go because we are really close and its hard to say goodbye to people you love. just know that ur not alone. thank you for making this video Chris because it really helped!
Awe, it's okay. time is weird the world is weird. but it doesn't stop. and pictures and memories freeze time. and you can write down a whole bunch of memories you love and never want to forget. really glad you posted this because the same thing is going to be happening to me soon. ♡
I feel this way most of the time. I lost my dad in my senior year of highschool and I am headed into my second year of college. It feels like I have been through 10 years in the past 3. Things are so different but Imntrying to get through it all one day at a time. Let yourself have your moments but also dont forget to live in the moment.
i really appreciate this vlog, chris. I've had two periods of insane sadness from my sister moving away, first to college and second to LA. it is SUCH a hard feeling and i never talked about it because I thought it would be easier to cope. i didn't know i needed to relate to someone on this dumb feeling! bless. also i really miss these personal vlogs, feels like its been forever!

Change is really hard for me too. I take my GCSE'S in less than 2 years which is so scary. But thank you for reminding me to always live in the moment, I really needed this xx

I feel this video wow. Im a twin I'm about to go off to college and we aren't going to the same college and I just don't even know what I'm gonna do. I see my sister everyday and she's my best friend and now she's grown up and holy shit so am I. I feel like yesterday was my first day of middle school and now I'm here. I've never really gone through any major growing up moments besides getting my license but fuck this is hard

Okay so like my brother also just moved into his first apartment and I'm about to move 8 hours away this Sunday but on the contrary..I'm super excited! Not nervous at all. Ready for change. I know once my mom leaves I'll be sad af but that's in the future and you're right! I'm not going to dwell on how I may feel then. Or how I felt in the past. I'm happy now and that's what counts.

this year I'm a freshman in hs. I can still remember the day I started 5th grade or the day it was my 9th birthday party. I know I'm so young still but I can't help but be scared to grow up bc of the responsibilities and the fact that my body is going to decay. it's just really scary for me bc there are so many things I want to do and accomplish before my time on this earth ends and knowing that you aren't guaranteed every single day, it scares me. it really does. there are so many people I want to help, so many places I want to go, but I'm scared to grow up and do those things.

My brother went to college today-I relate to this so much
My brother just left for college again cause the end of the summer. I'm really sad because I've always side him by my side at home, and I'm not gonna see him for the next 3 months. I'm entering HS on monday and he won't be here for me to talk to when I get home. I have 3 siblings and theyre all out in diffrent states now, (my brothers going to vermont) so i can't usually casually see him. I'm a single child again at home with my parents
i am feeling the same way right now, bc this year is gonna be sophomore year and then next is junior then after that will be senior year. i hate growing up and TIME IS JUST GOING BY SO FAST I HATE IT SO MUCH. i hate how we have to survive this called "life" like i hate it :,(

this video really helped me. i am moving into college in 2 weeks. I'm going from being an only child to living in a dorm apartment with 4 other girls. although my college is only 45 minutes away, its still huge thing for me. i feel like i have been hiding my feelings about moving because i don't want people to think i am scared or weak but i agreed with everything in this video. change is super scary.
also, don't be embarrassed (is that even spelt right? i don't even care tbh) about crying. i cried throughout this entire video.
