INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2. 1/2 Cup Soft Butter ( unsalted)
3. 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
4. 2 tsp Corn Starch
5. 1/4 tsp Salt
6. 1 Egg Yolk
7. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

tried this recipe and it's amazing! so easy and so quick :)
it turned out a bit salty for me, maybe it was the salt/measurement that was a bit funky but not a big problem :)
i also had to lessen the heat to 160C for 15mins since 170C made it a bit too brown to my liking.
but all on all, i am so happy and satisfied. thank you so much for sharing this!
p/s: it was so hard to shape them like you did. i'm just not used to using piping bags yet but as long as it's tastyy

H, many thanks for doing these videos they are very helpful. I tried this recipe and found that the cookies are not cooked on the underside, I think that the paper is the problem.
I have a tower 5 in 1 machine so am using middle top shelf, which give the perfect colour in 11mins, but the underside is still soft and not cooked. I turned and did another 2 mins to do the undersides and they great tasting. juts a pint o have to turn them over.

I have try this recipe and I like it. very easy to understand. I follow all the ingredient but not the measures😂 well you know. I reduce the sugar, and NOT seperated the egg. then, eat the cookies with hot tea🤤 THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE !

@@huijuan85 i dont really follow the actual timer. But i think i use180c and 15min. Once the cookies not stick on the paper it already cook!
