For choc lava cake, just change the Flour 90g to Flour 60g + Cocoa Powder 30g and the rest is the same! Once the side part fully cook, just be sure to not fully cook the middle part, it must be a bit moist - then you can plate it!
I tried this recipe this weekend and I am happy with the result! It was indeed fluffy. I changed the time though.. Just cooked it for 14mins since my first batch burned haha.. 17mins is too long I think..
So do you make them in batches? Because that amount of batter seems to be for more than three cupcakes? Will the rest of the batter be fine just waiting while you bake 2-3 cupcakes at a time?
