I absolutely love the long vlogs. I prefer watching/listening to longer content when I am working, I don't get as distracted as when I have to constantly find something new to listen to/watch. Plus the vibes are great, you're one of my comfort people to watch (hope that's not weird lol)

One of the main things that draws me to booktube is reading and loving books as a hobby more than getting information about specific books (though obviously that still happens and I'm not opposed to it). Like I just sort of want to take in the general bookishness and ways that other readers approach reading and incorporate it into their lives. So what you were saying about your intent with the vlogs makes total sense to me. Like if I enjoyed some kind of craft or game as a hobby, I wouldn't only watch people doing specific things I might want to recreate myself. I just enjoy the hobby and like seeing other people enjoy it too. Hopefully that makes sense. I think it also explains how I definitely have creators I follow and whose content I love despite them not having the same reading taste as me at all sometimes

Definitely wouldn't have gone out in that weather either. We are currently having a large amount of snow here in Vancouver BC Canada. Which isn't normal for us as it isn't for Texas. Normal winter weather for us is rain. Which I can handle. So yeah anyone driving here tends to not know what they are doing. Thankfully after today, it is supposed to start raining nonstop for at least the next week. So praying the snow will leave us 🙏🙏🙏🙏

3 hours might be too much in one go but like you said, breaking it up helps. I do love longer vlogs but haven't watched a 3 hour one yet, but I have absolutely watched like 5 hours of dnd with critical role ( In bursts) haha so it all depends. Right now mine are only around 30-45 minutes but maybe I will find an audience who will watch an hour of my shenanigans. My problem is I want to leave like a million little comments on these to converse about the things you say but don't wanna overwhelm the comment section. 😅
