Whew because I'm small but these Bullies be waayyy bigger than me and how they convince others I've bullied them or whatever is crazy. I was constantly confronted by group's to make it seem me just sitting down at work was a PROBLEM, they didnt understand why i wore eyeshadow daily just they would knick pick and be angry and if they didn't like my tone they would monitor me, and gather more people to pick me apart saying I attacked them. I feel i need strategies to navigate this. Because this follows me even until adulthood 😢 im tired of being a hermit because that doesn't stop it i found either
So true girls who don’t like me at work TRY so hard to get me to argue with them …..but they gotta be quicker than that ….. I call the manager I’m not arguing at work 😂
It blew my mind when I realized people actually like to argue!!? Like people genuinely do not want goodwill and peace! I was sick lmaoo whole time I was approaching them like they're reasonable people when they never were.
