For the last couple months you have been asking “Hey Ken, when’s the next Stealth Camping video?” Well I read all your comments and decided to buy an old 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van, get it certified, turn it into a stealth camper and start travelling around Van Life Style.
Today we are headed up to Muskoka to McRae Lake Waterfall Trail to check out the beauty of Muskoka and then head back to the van and cook up some Buc-ee's Texan Hot Dogs.

Ken, I have a hot dog cart here at the University of Tennessee called "Campfire Grill" and I have 14 different hot dog combinations on the menu that I serve to the students and staff on a daily basis and one of them is almost identical to the one you just made and I call it the "Nacho Ordinary". Of course it has my signature homemade chili along with the rest of the ingredients you just put on there. We have been serving it here at my hot dog stand for over 10 years now and it is a big hit. Very cool that you just made that on your outdoor adventure there in Canada.
You make a Nacho dog with fritos? I've never associated fritos with nachos. But man, is frito pie amazing, and I bet it tastes great as a chili dog.

Ken your arm falling asleep could be an early sign of diabetic neuropathy. That was the first sign I had before I was diagnosed. My arms but worse my fingers would become completely numb and I would wake up feeling I lost my fingers. So go check it out. I got rid of it within a year taking alpha lipoic acid daily. Fast food and us getting older eventually catches up with us. Love you buddy.

Ken only eats bad once or twice a week for videos. He fasts most of the time. Diabetes isn't the issue
@@PamelaWarren56 spiking your insulin once or twice in a week with fast food over years certainly can cause diabetes. It doesn't matter what he eats or doesn't eat the rest of the time.
You crack me up saying Frito Lay's. The chips are just Fritos. The company that makes them is Frito Lay - they also make Cheetos, Doritos, Miss Vicki's chips (which are made in Lubbock, TX! )
It wouldn't have been so bad if he didn't keep repeating it the same way several times (though he gets it right around 17:30-17:35). ;-) I wonder if they only had the BBQ ones and not the plain ones (which Buc-ee's probably uses). I'm not a big fan of the plain, but occasionally get the Chili Cheese ones.

Love the camping video! Ken in Texas we put the left over chilli in the Frito bag. In school 40 yrs ago we called it frito chilli pie. Texas chilli does not have beans.🤠💥

You should’ve also made a Frito Pie by adding the rest of the chili, onions, hotdog, and cheese along with the corn chips in the Fritos bag. 😋

Frito pie is what I miss the most from growing up in Texas. In the midwest it's all "walking tacos" with bags of cheese doritos, and it's just not as good
Just started watching your videos again after a 6 month hiatus and I like what you've done with the channel Ken! I could tell in your older videos you weren't being yourself. I like this Ken much more. Always be true to you, be yourself and you'll get the audience you want; you can never please everyone so it's best to just make the content YOU want! ☺️

Love these series keep up the amazing work. Brave man to have chili and no washroom nearby. Try to use some hooks in the plywood to latch bungees from the cot to the floor so it doesn’t move around.

You have everything you need for Frito pie.. you can top the left over frito chips with the chili, onions and cheese stir to mix. You have a crunchie frito pie.. I like the baked version.. you will need several cans of chili.or homemadechili, large bag of Frito chips, chopped onion, shredded cheese. You can use d deep dish pie plate, small square glass baking dish or a 9x13 baking dish. It depends on how many people you are cooking for.. place a thin layer of chili on the bottom, layer of Fritos chips. Top with a layer of chop onions, a layer of cheese.. repeat layers, once or twice, end with a thick layer of cheese. Depends how thick you want it.. Bake in a 350° F oven until the chili and cheese is bubbly and the thick layer of cheese has melted. The chips absorb the juices from the chili.. and become soft. It's like a chili frito casserole my grand kids really love it..
You should maybe try some walking sticks? They would make walking easier and help steady you. Just an idea. Beautiful scenery. I love the waterfall. This was fun. Thank you for bringing us along. Stay safe, take care and God bless.

I like this video...would lile to see some stealth camping/ van sleeping upgrades done to the van...dark tinted windows, nosie dampening, in door panels, privacy curtains for windows, memory foam for bed, entertainment setup, power upgrade set up. I think this stuff would really add to these videos as well as many diff camping locations and cooking creations.

I am not an onion lover, but Chili Cheese dogs and Corn Chips are some of my favorite camping foods.
