    SR you are giving me lots of ideas buddy. I really like this. I guess this gives you a bit of a prefilter before it hits your pump. Thanks for sharing all this.

    • @SteveRobReviews
      @SteveRobReviews  3 года назад +1

      Yes and this Sundays video I do another for backup. Sand and silt will not only destroy a pump it will fill the lines with sediment too so this will give you a sediment free water source .

    How's she goin'? Looks like no problem for water where you located the hole. Getting it to come clear may take some time though. We have a dug well down by the lake and it took almost a month to clear up, but it did and your's probably will too. Looking forward to seeing how you make out!!! Take care!!!

      Mike the water up here has lots of tanans in it up here but some filters will definitely help.

    • @GrampiesWorkshop
      @GrampiesWorkshop 3 года назад

      @@SteveRobReviews Yes I bet. Our lake water is brown from tannins, but for washing and cooking we had no issues. I bet the mud in the eater clears up good for you.

    No way that would be considered Potable Water.4 feet isn't deep enough. The outside top of the Well should be grouted with clay to seal from surface runoff running down the outside of Well casing. Bear's Shit in the Woods.

      Not using the water to drink . Nothing up in the woods into code that for sure :)
