After the Chant de l'Oignon, this is the amv I was more anxious to do.
Just to be clear, I had problems in understanding if it was truly necessary to add a new team to Oorai for a long time, but once seen the incredibly fun shark team, I found them irrestible and absolutely worth of a dedicated video.
I suppose all of you know this song. If not... well, it comes from Stevenson's "Treasure Island": and since the team's captain calls Flint, I suppose this is most proper song for them!XD

Yeah, this is actually a heavily modified Mk IV, with a new transmission so two people didn't have to change gears manually, and the radio set (the "mast" on the tank) which was only used on some Mark Is
I learned this the other day, but basically, when they were first making tanks, they really did think of them as "land-ships." That is, ships on land. As a result, when they were looking for crew members for the first tanks, *they actually sought to use sailors from the navy*
I like to think that GuP did this on purpose, and knowing the research and references they normally include, this may be true.
Heh. It was awaited after they've make Gloriana girls constantly drinking tea in their tanks. You know - each UK tank had build-boiler for drinking tea inside of tank when necessary. It is named Boiling Vessel (BV) Actually it is used for heating of ready-to-eat meals and other stuff - but everybody joke about tea making is its primary function. But what is most fun UK tanks without BV or with non-operatable one considered non-combat ready. Thats why Brit-styled girls drink tea. Why care - they have teapot in the tank because it is UK tank and if the had it - why not to drink some tea?.
Not just that, the British rhomboid tanks used slightly modified naval guns, and some of the earliest proponents of the tank were Royal Navy officials, notably, of course, including Winston Churchill. So yeah, it's extremely plausible that this is leaning on that particular element of tank history.

So guys how did you like this episode? The whole thing about Ooarai getting played like a damn fiddle was awesome but I really didn't like that they managed to ambush a bunch of tanks - on a bridge... with no cover - without nailing atleast one of them. Those wannabee baguetteers might be the greatest deceivers known to mankind but sadly their aim is terrible.
When you wanted to join the navy but the server was full so you gotta improvise.
I don't know whether to laugh at the fact they have a fucking Jolly Rodgers flag or the fact they are using a WW1 tank that was only fitted to fire HE rounds

Perhaps that's why Captain Anne Bonny Rum is non-alcoholic.
By the way, Calico Jack was the first pirate using the Jolly Roger, his design was Skull and crossed sabers..

-Flint The Singer: 2nd Driver/Radio Operator (I guess her microphone indicates her to)
-Murakami That Bulky Huge Gal (Valor) : Machine Gunner/Gunner/Loader in One Side.
-Cutlass The Bartender : Machine Gunner/Gunner/Loader on the Other Side.
Ian Felisilda I think the mark 4 had six crew, the commander, the driver, two gunners, two machine gunners (one of which would tend the engine and the other would tend the pigeon).
Well i guess the mark 4 was upgraded a bit to tend the engine itself, and the pigeon was changed into a Radio receiver, But i don't know i am just guessing since there are only 5 of them inside of that big ole metal box.

fyi The "Male" variant had cannons while the "Female" variant had machine guns.
Would be useless in a match especially with its slow speed. Unlike the CV. 33, that can do 180° turns and survive ricochets from Type 89B's shell and resume the fight

If they wanted to make their tank into a pirate ship, they should have used the TOG2 rather than a Mark 4 tank.

Shark Team: a group of five women that are actually sailors drive a ww1 tank that requires 8 crewmen to be operated and that can give you carbon monoxide poisoning, overheating and because of the small space can make your head bump everywhere and they're fine

I have a fairly large amount of books on ww1 tanks, I THINK they just got bashed around due to the fact the were showing off for the watching high command and camera. They went too fast over obstacles etc. But I will check and get back to you on this matter ok.

Engine is upgraded, but still slow as hell.
Probably up armord to the point that it at LEAST has panzer 4 levels of armor.
