In my opinion that's a battleship formation because firing guns at the same time is as deadly as a battleship, also Garupan is the best anime I watched.
It’s comparable to a pre-dreadnought(late 19th century battleship)’s secondary battery but not even close to its main one or to a later ship. The Yamato had 12 127mm guns on each side (so 24 Maus tanks) and the main cannons(9 of them) had shells as heavy as the shells from the 600mm Karl-Gerät from der Film. Also 6 155mm guns. And the other battleships weren’t that far behind, especially in terms of secondary guns.
