    For the dough you need:
    • 1 egg
    • 1 full cup warm water
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp dry yeast
    • approximately 5 cups flour, you will need to add slowly
    - Make soft dough, then make 24 individual dough balls.
    - Cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes
