I mean, to be perfectly fair, depending on what he's paying his kids, he's probably making more on YT than his restaurants, especially with the pandemic. Restaurants are usually not very high profit ventures.
The bacon-onion jam is great with applesauce too, I didn't have any apricot jam and substituted and it turned out amazing. The apple in it caramelized with the onions, plus the bite of the vinegar and the smoke from the bacon, really did something special.

You don't want vegetables from here, trust me. Almost all conventionally grown vegetables have been sprayed with pesticides, fungicides, preservatives or wax coatings. Not the case in most other places I've in the world.

This makes me want to actually visit the restaurant( I'm in Ohio) ...Im sure it will be an awesome experience! Also, I made the stuffed cheese burgers Recipe and was the best burgers I've ever made! I love the fact that you actually use the finger guard. I worked as a sous chef for years and the amount of accidents that could have been avoided by using the guard is crazy. its almost a stigma among chefs that the guard is unnecessary but it really is.

I am addicted to your show! I have a hamburger idea that I tried and I am sure you can make it even better. I did a Buffalo wing style burger. I used beef, but I think chicken could work. Stuffed it with blue cheese, pickled some celery, fried carrot slices, home made buffalo sauce and then some home made blue cheese dressing. I would love to see your take on that. Maybe add some fries in it!

Bacon grease is liquid gold. I often bake bacon in a good sheet pan just so I can harvest as much grease as possible. I have 3 or 4 large Mason jars of it in my fridge.

Half a red onion in America always looks like 3 whole red onions here in The Netherlands. I think I prefer the size of American onions.

I was sitting here watching this and making chicken alfredo lasagna for our supper. Suddenly chicken alfredo lasagna doesn't sound very good anymore. They all look so good!!
Bacon grease is liquid gold. I often bake bacon in a good sheet pan just so I can harvest as much grease as possible. I have 3 or 4 large Mason jars of it in my fridge.
