I LOVE the lighter headliner for an all black interior(or even mostly black). First off it helps make it brighter inside, black sucks light. Second, it makes it seem bigger, very important for people who have claustrophobia. Third, it gives it a contrast which is often lacking in many black interiors(although this interior does have some other nice touches of contrasting!).

Go sit in cx30. Then cx50. Then CX-5. Then CX9. Then ask yourself, why did Mazda make the cx50 so uncomfortable and cheap inside, even in top trim. Center console sidesnand rear door cards, are hard plastic. The seat back rests in all passenger spots are flat and wooden. Maybe it's left over COVID, but the cx50 also had a funny interior smell, the other Mazdas didn't have.
Yes!! This is all I been waiting for this one and this will my SUV to afford and I will get a chance to show this vehicle to everyone at my school and my family as well. Overall, Excellent job and review Joe.
Thanks for reviewing lower trims!! Most reviewers focus on top of the line which is over budget for most consumers! Does upper trims have soft materials in the doors? Definitely the CX-5 interior seems to be more luxurious
I picked up my PP Turbo this week and it’s amazing, truly a fun car to drive and just more enjoyable than an Outback. This model is certainly a steal for the price but the turbo and 360 camera is well worth the extra $$$ for me
@@tesma-m7 Premium Plus Turbo. Handling is great, road noise is a lot better than my Civic and probably above average for the class but it’s not luxury level like a BMW
I have to say a huge thank you for always going over the seating. My Dad is 6'4 and sometimes borrows my vehicle so I want to make sure I have something I love to drive but make it comfortable in case he uses my car.
You must not be aware, Mazda's aren't made for tall &or large people. It's a Mazda philosophy. That's from Japan corporate. So Pops at 6.4 head will be well in the headliner even with seat all the way down. Dad's legs will be rubbed raw, sore from Cx50 odd 4 Mazda use of HARD plastic on sides of center console. Mazda did some odd compromises on the Cx50 making it cheaper inside than the Cx30 even base model to Cx50 top model. Cx50 is noisiest of any Mazda besides Miata convertible. Wait for the CX70/90.
It’s a sharp vehicle…….I like it better than cx5. I agree with you…….would love to see it in all red without the black cladding. And the little a/c vent in middle looks a little funny.
they missed on the ac vent.. look at the new civic.. make it inter-grated and it’s nice.. Change up the gauges, but that’s nip picking… it would be nice if it was more rugged or truck like design… but smaller companies can’t do that
The cladding looks bad on this color.. I have a cx50 in polymetal gray, so the black cladding actually looks good. I guess it depends on the color of the car
I could be very wrong so don’t take my word for it but a Mazda cx-70 should be coming and will be a bit more premium. I think Mazda overdid the cladding to make it look off-road worthy, and differentiate it from that upcoming model 🤷🏼♂️. They released a cx-60 in European & Select Asian Markets but leaks and rumors show their will be a slightly different version for North America called the CX-70
The CX-5 Turbo at ~$37k is the better choice. The only thing the CX-50 adds is wireless AA/Carplay (only if you're parked), more cargo space and the awesome panel roof. It has slightly more rear leg room and less rear headroom and this is all for the privilege of spending thousands more. You'd be crazy to get the Turbo Premium CX-50 over the Turbo CX-5. It's like ~$5,000 more. The CX-5 is
Cx50 actually has less cargo space because the roof line is so much lower. Tall objects just don't fit in cx50. Ooh nor does people over 6ft. Cx50 sadly is another failed opportunity for Mazda to take from the best and add there styling and zoom zoom. Instead we get a glorified Corolla Cross. Wait... aren't they made in the same plant? Hmm, here I thought Toyota Mazda mash up would be good 4 Mazda.
Hi Joe, currently I do have the 2021 CR-V AWD and my lease will be done in 5 months. Is the CX-50 a good choice in comparison to CR-V? I like that CX-50 honestly.
Thank you Joe. I just got preferred plus (preferred plus panoramic sunroof) in white color a few days ago. Didn't expect to get it, but one came earlier with shipment that was scheduled for end of June, and no one claimed it yet. The engine is adequate for this size, everything else is the "future". Full control from your phone, start, tpms, milage etc. Android Auto, comfort, very nice car. And I like 17 inch wheels. Here in Colorado, it is much better for the off road and snow.
@@theedge508 the android auto is very nice feature. Electronic break works great. It enables and disables automatically when you switch transmission to park and drive. The average gas milage so far is 28.4 mpg. Pretty good. It drives very smooth. Not fast car with regular 2.5, but works well for me. I will take it to the mountain nexr week... let see how it handles....
@@theedge508 no iStop as the preferred has the naturally aspirated engine. It has cylinder deactivation which is for fuel efficiency. It cuts off 2 cylinders as needed to save on fuel. There's a video on RUclips about how it works.
Thanks for reviewing the trim I and most buyers will be interested in. You said it all 9:15 into the video. And, going on throttle down in Florida was the AC running?
I like how the CX-50 looks leaner than the CX-5 which looks bloated. Also the smaller wheels with fat tires looks better than the rubberband tires with 20 inchers.

Now I want some Arby's! Oh and great review Joe, this is a nice CUV. One thing I am wondering though is why Mazda seems to have so many SUV/CUVs compared to some other OEMs? CX-3, CX-30, CX-5, CX-50, CX-9 and sooon to be CX-60 and CX-70 and CX-90 (and maybe one or two more I'm forgetting about.)
@@matthewalexis When did they discontinue the CX-9? Not sure that's happened yet. The CX-90 will eventually be replacing it I believe. You're right about the CX-3 though.
Mazda has allowed pre-orders because whatever arrives at dealers don't stay long. This is a great looking vehicle in person. The proportions are perfect. Average price is around $42,500 of the 4 I've seen.
Come to NJ.cx5, Cx50 and Cx30 all day )Ong. Just sitting on lots ready to go. Most are factory spec's deliveries. Odd here in Tri state area i haven't seen 1 cx50 on the road. But then again I've only spied 1 Mavericks and about 6 Corvettes. I see more Lambo's, Ferraris, even McLarens/Bentleys than that every day. So if u want a cx30/50 or any Mazda come to NJ. We have them at list. $0 mark up. Most dealers have free lifetime oil changes too. Mazda has free car wash and loaner cars on service. Some Toyota dealers have this too. Even with my 12yrold Mazda 3 and 2002 Camry.
@@dominickwilliams3504 May need to take a trip to NJ. The big car news in my area is how much of a markup will the new Corvette and Z have for each vehicle.
My dealership finally had a CX 50 on their lot that I could test drive. I really loved it…. Torn between CX 50 and CX 5. I also like the Outback (and owned one the first year of it’s major redesign) but have been reading a lot of online complaints about their quality. I can’t wait to get rid of my Toyota 4Runner because I want something smaller. I am trying to wait to see if these dealer shortages ease or if this is our new normal. Thanks for all of the great information!!
I have a 2021 CX-5. If I had the choice now, I'd still go with the CX-5. The CX-50 is purpose built for the outdoors, and extra towing. So just a little something to consider.
Come to NJ. Mazda dealers have loads of turbo and non turbos cx50. Looks like they got what the plant sent them, not what the dealers may have wanted. Most are Polymetal/black, red and gray, then white. Just sitting on lots now. CX-5 flying off lots. The build quality cx50 is sorely lacking and for $3 to $5k more than CX-5, which IS MADE IN JAPAN! Yes, in this case does mean something. The cx50 couldn't be sold as is in Asian markets. It's too cheap inside and NVH at it's price is a fail. Folks wait 4 the cx70/90
Raiti, do you think a road bike would fit in the back with out taking the front wheel off? Obviously with the seats down. My brother in-law had the CX-5 and he couldn't get his Cannondale CAAD 13 in there. My Murano goes back in 2 months. Looking at CX9, Tiguan, and a whole slew of others. But availably is a huge issue.
I've test driven this car and would be shocked if a road bike doesn't fit. I'm guessing the reason a CX-5 has a hard time is because it is quite a bit narrower than this 50. Depth won't even be a question, but width should be more than enough.
Bought mine last week the Turbo PP. Have had a few issues with mine and have had to take it to the dealers 2x. Currently having an A/C issue and had weird brake noise(which was fixed). Hope it’s not going to have anymore issues.
Ooh no, u mean the Mexican made Cx30 is built better than us Toyota/Mazda plant vehicles. Corolla Cross isn't doing so hot either. Sales or quality wise. Mazda and Toyota better put hybrids in cx50 and cross. Quick!
i test drove one when it first came out and loved it...not sure why people would want something faster as if they are trying to go racing....the speed is more than sufficient for everyday drivers if someone wants speed try jumping off a cliff with the coyote cause we are definitely not roadrunners...
Thanks for reviewing the NA model! Strange that Mazda didn't provide more of these as press cars. Sure, it's not fast, but around the 30-35K mark, these are an awesome value IMO- looking forward to getting mine. Would love to see an off road test down the line if you ever have an opportunity to do so. Thanks again
Just picked up my new soul red crystal CX 50S in the premium plus trim. I am pleasantly surprised at how refined the non-turbo engine sounds and runs! So far it seems to be plenty of power for me, and that’s coming from a 2010 RX 350 with a V6 that had 275 hp. I drove the non-turbo CX 50 and a turbo CX 50 back to back, and for some reason I felt like the non-turbo engine had less vibration at idle and a little bit quieter engine noise. I just couldn’t justify spending three to for grand more for the turbo model in the trim that I would’ve wanted
@@eleanormassaro5195 I totally agree. My PFP was delivered in September and I’m actually really glad I went for the NA engine. Plenty of power to merge and pass and the turbo isn’t worlds quicker to justify the extra cost. Gets good mileage too and long term, should need less maintenance than the turbo versions
Thanks for the review. Currently have a CX-5 and thinking about changing to CX-50. I currently live in Tampa area and will stop by Westshore to see if I can test drive one. Definitely in love with the panoramic roof in the CX-50
Seat in those seats. Then seat in the Cx30 and CX9. Cx50 seats, all positions are oddly uncomfortable. If only the Cx30 was taller and longer. Just 2" and 4" respectfully. Then bring over the CX4. Cx50 looks nice and butch, but so does the Camaro. Both are uncomfortable to be in. I forsee a sales disaster for the cx5o. Wait folks, Mazda will have to have big cash back and subsidized leases to move cx50. CX9 also by year end. Mazda 3 may as well be made into a Speed3. It will be nich and sell just as well as the present 3 if priced right. Present CX4 should take the place of 2023 Mazda 6. Simple relatively inexpensive fixes to put Mazda at the top of premium and into true luxury territory. Please Mazda stop cheaping out on our American market vehicles. We're sorry we did WW2 to u.
Definitely this Mazda over the CVT stricken Outback. Subaru has gone off their rocker again with their goofy styling. This CX50 looks great. A 10 out of 10 inches, 😉😁
I have compared the CX-50 and the Outback nose to nose. The Outback wins in every possible aspect (comfort, road manners, interior quality, versatility). Exterior styling is subjective. :)
Great review. About to pull the triger on this exactly model/trim. Just wondering about the colour (red) since is the only one available. LMK your thoughts...
@@RaitisRides just went to the dealership today and Def the red Is georgeous. However I end up deciding for the cx9 instead of the cx50 😀 2 todlers huge weight on the decision. Cx9 with way more room.
A year or two ago, I would have opted for the Subaru Outback over a CX-5 because of the extra cargo room in the Subaru. The CX-50 flips that comparison on its head thanks to being longer than the CX-5, especially with a “regular” automatic instead of the Subaru CVT. The CX-50 seems to have a more premium feel at all trim levels than the equivalent Outback trim.
Box test. The Cx50 and Cx50 held the same 20 boxes. The Cx5 cargo area is wider and MUCH taller than Cx50 which is a bit longer. CX-5 has 40 20 40 split rear seats. Way more headroom. Much better quality plastics and soft trim inside, especially the door panels. Cx5 is MUCH quieter with a much better ride and control over bumpy roads. Wait for the CX70/90. I hear Mazda seats will be comforting in those too.
Thom, sit in Cx50 and drive it on bumpy curves/ rippled roads. Fear the noise. Then test the CX5. Feel the extra attention to detail I'm CX-5, the better quality of interior materials. Better NVH. Independent rear suspension takes road imperfections the cx50 had u tossing body and fighting the steering to keep control. CX-5 looks feminine. Cx50 butch. So wait for the cx70
I bought the car, but not the turbo. The cx50 does sit higher although it has a lower roof. It's wider than the cx5 by a few inches. Not sure how many, but it makes a significant change when driving. The cx 50 is more responsive when driving, hugs the road and feels sporty. I felt stable in the cx5, but always am concerned that I need to lean into a fast curve. Not so, with the cx50. Very stable and with the sport option on, I dare say it feels aggressive. It is tight, appropriately so.
@@DogandCat991 Actually after learning how to fix the chips which is so easy, the 2k ceramic coating may have been unnecessary . Now , the carbon edition only had 3 tiny chips and they came out easily . Now, how ceramic coating can help is with small dents from shopping carts or deep chips from bigger debris. Lol, We have Mazda 5 s and Iove mine but they are not classic or high end luxury vehicles so spending 2 or 3 k for ceramic coating may be a bit much!
How's the acceleration on the 187hp? I know this car isn't for racing but is it easy to take over other cars when getting through traffic on the freeway? Coming from a previous car with 240hp. The Turbo engine comes with 256hp. So debating between the two. With gas prices the way they are right now, I'd rather get the engine that's less thirsty.
Preferred plus package. I like this trim but for 33k it should have the Bose sound system and at least soft touch on the front doors. Mazda is starting to cheap out.
Cx50 is let down by USA Mazda new cheapness inside. Very Corolla Cross cheap inside. FYI, the VW Taos was similarly cheap plastic where body parts rest and touch inside too. 3 new design vehicles, whose interior and NVH are shamed by the Kia/Hyundai/Nissan and Mitsubishi equivalents. I don't think Mazda is going in the right direction of "premium". Ooh wait Mazda going to be GM fake premium Chevy cavalier. Mazda wake the f up. Everything doesn't have to be a non-selling rotary.
@@dominickwilliams3504 Dude what are you even on? Interior quality is way better than a Nissan or Mitsubishi. When you said Mitsubishi, any credibility exited the chat. Mazda hasn't made a rotary powered car since 2012, so apparently you're stuck 10 years behind the present.
I'm between cx 5 and this one. I am kind of liking the cx 50 better but the cx 5 is made and assembled in japan..... while cx 50 in the US. that's a big deal to me. 😢

Love this soul red Joe! I think the plastic cladding is a little too much. For the price, it's pretty good. The only thing is I wish that it was touchscreen.
I just bought one. I wanted an suv for this reason and was initially looking at a cx 5. I looked at the 50, which is higher than the 5 and was able to slip right in although the top is lower. I was sold. I'm leaving behind a really low Maxima that I was struggling to get out of and didnt want to just drop into the seat when entering anymore. I really like this car. Back seat is easy to slip into also.

Mazda getting quality levels back up after the 2004 -2014 nonsese of poor quality, rust problems etc... personally Id have this over the turbo... itll last forver... agree on the rest of your review... qualitu as always Jo... Only thing I dont like is that weird entertainment... why are we just not intergrating into dashboards drives me mad!
For better or worse, Mazda puts a lot of thought into the basics...driving position, distractions, etc. They believe having the screen up high results in less "eyes down" time. And the control wheel is better than poking around with your finger. After driving my new CX5 for 3 months, I love the overall ergonomics. I'm sure many opinions wil differ.
My 2010 Japan built Mazda 3 GT, has been perfect with no rust. That's in the N.east, USA. I've been in car when salt spreaders covered me with salt. Like every big winter event. Not 1 spot of rust. Toyota/Lexus still mostly the best. Newer Mazdas right up there. That's total built quality and dealer service. Try getting a oil change appt at Honda, Hyundai/Kia. How about a loaner car?
@@RaitisRides All that Black Plastic is my major negative when I bought mine as well.. Most owners told me though that it does not really fade which was super important to me. Only reason to go CX5 if you want to avoid any black plastic as 2024s have none now
Honestly the route Mazda has been going it’s okay. Premium no. Trying to be in a way. Coming from a cx-5 2020 it’s been flagged w issues and have helped other steer away until they fix them w either a mid cycle refresh or a complete redesign. (Examples- winter time all sensors would go out multiple times(even power steer), currently have a sensor going off at random w nothing at it even had it looked at/replaced still does the same, horrible startup consuming gas, had to refill the engine coolant a few times(noted the upper Midwest never gets hot hot), and that’s only a few things that I’ve experienced and have seen others experience aswell) just putting this out here for others to be aware of the issues Mazdas have and currently still facing w the newer models.

This model is certainly a steal for the price but the turbo and 360 camera is well worth the extra $$$ for me
how the road noise and handling , which trim did you take ?
@@tesma-m7 Premium Plus Turbo. Handling is great, road noise is a lot better than my Civic and probably above average for the class but it’s not luxury level like a BMW
Way to go big Jeff!
This is the model I’m looking at as well.
@@dominickwilliams3504 it is quite noisy even without the cross bar. And the interior looks cheap compared with cx5
My 6'5 partner fits nicely in my CX50 and has wiggle room
I LOVE that color! The cladding on the wheel arches is a huge zonk from me, though.
You are not alone on your feelings about the cladding David!
yes, body colored cladding would look waaaay better imo!
*cough*..subaru
Trying to make a AWD vehicle look like a capable offroader. 🙄 And we reeeeaalllly need AWD for snowless Florida.
I really like it though! Is way sportier
Those roof pillars create one hell of a blind spot, not a deal breaker though.
I think the cup holders were placed toward the front because in response to (think it was the CX-5) where it was behind the shift selector.
It’s a sharp vehicle…….I like it better than cx5. I agree with you…….would love to see it in all red without the black cladding.
And the little a/c vent in middle looks a little funny.
You are spot on the money Tom!
they missed on the ac vent.. look at the new civic.. make it inter-grated and it’s nice..
They released a cx-60 in European & Select Asian Markets but leaks and rumors show their will be a slightly different version for North America called the CX-70
well im going to vinyl wrap mine with matching color :)
Is this just the preferred or preferred plus?
CX-5 was reminiscent of a mini-van. It would definitely be better for big families. As empty nesters, we liked the look of the CX-50.
If Mazda is planning to be a premium brand they have to tone down the plastic. Make it as tasteful as the CX-9 with it and it’s perfect.
Man that red color is to die for! Looks absolutely perfect
Hi Joe, currently I do have the 2021 CR-V AWD and my lease will be done in 5 months. Is the CX-50 a good choice in comparison to CR-V? I like that CX-50 honestly.

I appreciate your reviews on all possible trims Joe! Thanks
I am so glad that you like this one,
Thank you Joe.
After 2 week what else you find out you like more
Tomorrow i will have my delivery same trim
@@theedge508 the android auto is very nice feature. Electronic break works great. It enables and disables automatically when you switch transmission to park and drive. You said it all 9:15 into the video.
And, going on throttle down in Florida was the AC running?
I like how the CX-50 looks leaner than the CX-5 which looks bloated. Also the smaller wheels with fat tires looks better than the rubberband tires with 20 inchers.
How Is the seat ? The clothing side Is good ? Is the Apple car play full screen ?
Joe, Why do you need a functional rear vent? The front vents are functional, but what would the rear vents do?
Does anyone have the preferred option with these thick wheels? Is the ride rough and loud or is it quiet? I drove the 20 inch wheels one and it’s nice

When did they discontinue the CX-9? Not sure that's happened yet. The CX-90 will eventually be replacing it I believe. You're right about the CX-3 though.
Mazda has allowed pre-orders because whatever arrives at dealers don't stay long. This is a great looking vehicle in person. The proportions are perfect. Average price is around $42,500 of the 4 I've seen.
The top one is around 42k you can get them from 28k. Dwayne Lanes Mazda if anyone wants one with 0 markup!
Mazda doesn’t take orders. They take deposits for reservations. You’re sharing false information.

Nice review I love it 🥰
I am so glad that I can share it with you!
It is a tough choice for sure!
Thanks for sharing that great ownership input!
Thank you ! I could only afford the one you show .

Hey Tom! Let's do this!
@@RaitisRides ;D
I just saw first Cx50 on the road today. It has the same soul red color and it looks so much more beautiful in person
@@aggieswholovemusic8441 thx for the reply. Much appreciated
Bought mine last week the Turbo PP. Have had a few issues with mine and have had to take it to the dealers 2x. Currently having an A/C issue and had weird brake noise(which was fixed). Hope it’s not going to have anymore issues.
What kind of ac issue and brake noise ? I also bought a turbo pp
Ooh no, u mean the Mexican made Cx30 is built better than us Toyota/Mazda plant vehicles. Corolla Cross isn't doing so hot either. Sales or quality wise. Mazda and Toyota better put hybrids in cx50 and cross. Quick!
Once he said I could fit 2 Beef n Chedders, it was a wrap. I'm sold.
All kidding aside, sharp looking vehicle and fantastic review. Well done!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this one David!
Thanks for the information.. may I know the call fuel consumption of CX50?
i test drove one when it first came out and loved it...not sure why people would want something faster as if they are trying to go racing....the speed is more than sufficient for everyday drivers if someone wants speed try jumping off a cliff with the coyote cause we are definitely not roadrunners...
Mazdas dash design is so unique to me. It’s a tablet placed on the dash like other makes, but theirs is different.
I'm not much into Mazda suv's, but if I had to choose one, this would be the one, mainly for the exterior design.

You are so very right.
I have compared the CX-50 and the Outback nose to nose. The Outback wins in every possible aspect (comfort, road manners, interior quality, versatility). Exterior styling is subjective. :)
@@cruiseadmiral Interesting, as I thought the CX-50 blew away even an Ascent in interior quality. Different people are impressed by different things.

Great review. About to pull the triger on this exactly model/trim. Just wondering about the colour (red) since is the only one available. LMK your thoughts...
I would go with the red!
@@RaitisRides just went to the dealership today and Def the red Is georgeous. However I end up deciding for the cx9 instead of the cx50 😀 2 todlers huge weight on the decision. Cx9 with way more room.
Great review, how would you compare to the Mighty Toyota RAV4 , what would you buy , concerned for reliability and longevity ?
A year or two ago, I would have opted for the Subaru Outback over a CX-5 because of the extra cargo room in the Subaru. The CX-50 flips that comparison on its head thanks to being longer than the CX-5, especially with a “regular” automatic instead of the Subaru CVT. The CX-50 seems to have a more premium feel at all trim levels than the equivalent Outback trim.
This actually is a bit smaller than the outback still. You lose a bit of the space in the second row.
CX-5 vs Cx50 actual cargo room is the same. Rear seat area in Cx50 is little bit more but feels less because lack of its headroom.
@@dominickwilliams3504 nice observations , I suspect that bumpy roads pose a problem since 50 shares cheap platform with a rear beam from cx30
@@dominickwilliams3504 Some of the cargo I have to carry is longer, such as easy-up awnings. That’s where the extra length comes in handy.
Don’t tell me where to stick my Twinkie! 😂 great review. I was thinking about getting a cx-5 but this has that little extra aggression I need 👍

They have a great red for sure!
Thanks for reviewing this trim.
With the non turbo engine, between 5 and 50 which one would you prefer for driving?
this is the male version of the cx5
I bought the car, but not the turbo. The cx50 does sit higher although it has a lower roof. It's wider than the cx5 by a few inches. Not sure how many, but it makes a significant change when driving. The cx 50 is more responsive when driving, hugs the road and feels sporty. I felt stable in the cx5, but always am concerned that I need to lean into a fast curve. Not so, with the cx50. Very stable and with the sport option on, I dare say it feels aggressive. It is tight, appropriately so.
I love the CX-5 but these Mazdas have the thinnest paint and chip like crazy. I fixed my chips then had it ceramic coated
Did the Ceramic coating help with the chipping?
@@DogandCat991
Actually after learning how to fix the chips which is so easy, the 2k ceramic coating may have been unnecessary .
It does alright, you can change to sport mode on the fly which help give it a little extra umf.
Preferred plus package. I like this trim but for 33k it should have the Bose sound system and at least soft touch on the front doors. Mazda is starting to cheap out.
I agree with you! They make plenty of trims.

Joe how easy or difficult is it to get into the CX-50 with the lower height and the shape of the door opening?
I just bought one. I wanted an suv for this reason and was initially looking at a cx 5. I looked at the 50, which is higher than the 5 and was able to slip right in although the top is lower. I was sold. I'm leaving behind a really low Maxima that I was struggling to get out of and didnt want to just drop into the seat when entering anymore. I really like this car. Back seat is easy to slip into also.

Joe, naturally aspirated 2.5 in this CX 50 seems a little quieter than the CX5 from watching the video. Did you find that to be the case?

Only thing I dont like is that weird entertainment... why are we just not intergrating into dashboards drives me mad!
For better or worse, Mazda puts a lot of thought into the basics...driving position, distractions, etc. They believe having the screen up high results in less "eyes down" time. And the control wheel is better than poking around with your finger. After driving my new CX5 for 3 months, I love the overall ergonomics. I'm sure many opinions wil differ.
I think you hit the nail on the head! Very good feedback!
Looks great except for the plastic cladding. I’d definitely go with the turbo. Thanks Joe and Lori. Great job! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
That seems to be the sour spot with a few of the Mazda's vehicles.
@@RaitisRides All that Black Plastic is my major negative when I bought mine as well.. Most owners told me though that it does not really fade which was super important to me. Only reason to go CX5 if you want to avoid any black plastic as 2024s have none now

Soul Red has alwayssss looked good
Honestly the route Mazda has been going it’s okay.
What’s about towing capacity?
