Hello everyone,
Welcome to Wreathster Week 2024!!!
If you are new to my channel, a couple of times a year I do a week of wreaths. 7 wreaths in 7 days - with a bonus episode right at the end of the series. Hallowe’en, Christmas, and Easter are the feature occasions where I do this week of wreaths, and I put a little spin on the names of these weeks.
At this time of year, it is Wreathster Week, a play on the words Easter and Wreath.
Each day for the next week, I will be releasing a new wreath, hopefully, inspiring you and your loved ones to create your own Easter wreaths and home décor.

So cute! Love the use of vinyl. Hot tip…for little glued on pieces if you use a hairdryer to heat up the glue on the little pieces and a putty knife to scrape it off it tends to come off easier. Love your videos Dave. You’re awesome. Have a great day!!!

Really cute Dave! I tried to make a decomesh wreath for Valentines but had a dreadful time of it. The mesh caught on itself and frayed at the manufactured edge so it was a mess. I appreciate your skill in this project because it’s not as easy (at least for me) as it looks. Keep it up!
Hi Katherine, yes, sometimes the mesh can be difficult to work with, especially if the manufactured edges start to fray...I have been there before, and it's never fun, so I can empathize with how you're feeling. Don't give up, keep making those beautiful wreaths...thanks so much for your kind words. 😊😊😊

Hi Dave, do you know what I noticed in the beginning of your video? you wrap the entire wreath in deco mesh and you cut off the excess, well I don't cut off the excess I loop it around and turn it into a hanger so I can hang the wreath from that and it's really solid. a solid loop because it's hooked onto the whole thing. I hope that makes sense. it's just an idea for you FYI and this is Danielle, good job Dave.

Why didn’t you complete his other ear with the pink piece?
Hi Sandy, the original piece only came with one wooden ear piece, so that is why only one is done. 😊
I love all the wreaths that I've seen you make. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for those of us with tiny hands where we can't hold the ribbon etc between our "peace fingers"?
Hi Anita, that is a great question....you can always use a large clip (a chip bag clip, a large clamp, or a large paperclip) to secure the mesh and hold it while you work on the next one. Hope that helps and bit and thank you. 😊

How do you get your deco mesh from dollar tree not to fray and have all those little strings at the end you cut?
Hi there, the Dollar Tree deco mesh is hard to work with and frays a lot, even for me, I just use the curly method to hide the fraying as much as I can (like I did in this video). Deco mesh does fray, that's just the way it is, but you can use methods that hide it. And yes, I just cut the fray strips off when I see them. Thank you. 😊

Hi Judy, thank you so much. I do keep some of my wreaths for my own personal use at our home. I do give majority of them away to friends and family or donate them as well. 😊😊😊

I tried that 1 in my bow. Loops turned out to be smaller than the tales what did I do wrong
Hi Sandra, I usually have my tails larger than my loops, so you didn't do anything wrong. If you wanted the tails to be shorter than the loops, you can just use a smaller length than the loops. Hope that helps. 😊
