I was part of the original Kickstarter. It was definitely a cool concept that unfortunately I never got to run. Personally, while I'm usually not into horror as a genre outside of gaming, I'm extremely into horror in gaming with Call of Cthulhu and Curse of Strahd being some of my absolute favorite things so I was definitely intrigued when I first heard of this. Monte Cook gives this game an amazing pedigree and I definitely recommend checking it out. I had no idea that the game had been released in book form and I kind of feel like I need a copy of it now.
Would this work well for DCC? Because I was thinking of playing my DCC games in Ravenloft, using the Domains of Dread book as my main resource & I can use The House as the Funnel & at the end of it, have them transported to Ravenloft. Are there any horror themed srttings for DCC. My rulebook & dice will be here in about a week

never read House of Leaves, but having watched Skinamarink this reminded me a lot of that movie.
Definitely going to pick this up! Reminds me of the Well House from IT.
