Hard to see much of a difference between this and the M73 tiny I just picked up this weekend. Neat little machines, I dropped an old spare i7 4770 into mine, it's not officially supported but it worked first time, properly identified in BIOS and everything.
If you want to know which are the best processors for this PC in addition to help for the (m73p and m93p) they are: i7 4765T 35w (The lowest consumption and performance of all i7 4th) i7 4785T 35w i7 4790T 45w i7 4770T 45w i7 4770S (Best in performance) 65w i7 4790S (I don't recommend it but it can handle it) 65w+ There are xeon processors that are similar in performance but the integrated ones are not very good so to speak. The rest of the processors (without letters or K) require modifications for the original adapter, which is a PSU (65w). I recognize that any of them are good depending on their use and most are expensive in price (all those with T) and yes. When you buy the 65w ones you have to have a good air flow type because they will heat up with the mini heatsink and fan that these 2 machines come with (I hope it helped you!!)
Hmm... I never thought they could fit any standard case... But maybe you just gave me an idea for an experiment... They can go in - even Micro ATX for sure, but I think the mobo mounting and I/O will not fit without some modding work.
Came here looking for a "no video" fix for a sudden fault. Stupid display port, no one (even me) has damn VGA cable now. My display port to hdmi converter works fine, tried it on another laptop. Display ports should be unsoldered and replaced by standard hdmi.
This is the spec sheet for the machine, but I couldn't find the DP version on that either: psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkCentre/ThinkCentre_M93_M93p_Tiny/ThinkCentre_M93_M93p_Tiny_Spec.PDF If you find out please let me know! Thanks!
Someone scammed me. I bought one of these off Marketplace for $30, but it won’t power on. I plug it in and press the power button and nothing lights up, there is no beeps, no fan turns on, so there’s no response whatsoever. It has RAM and all the components inside that it would need to start, I even tried a different power cord. Does this mean the motherboard is bad? 😫😫
Sorry to hear that. Yes I think you are right, motherboard is the most likely part that is broken. It could also be the power button but much less likely the case.
@@ComputerizedCanada actually I was able to contact him and I told him it never started up and he apologized and he’s gonna give me a different working one I think 🤞🏼
Awesome 😎 Happy 2024 from Bangladesh 😊🙏👍

May I ask how do you remove the front I/O Panel?
what case size do you think the tiny pcs parts could fit in,like atx ,micro atx? i want to move some of the parts into a bigger case

can you send me the driver for win 7 link
Can we upgrade from the i5 4th gen T series to Normal desktop i7 4th Gen?
The thermal solution and power delivery of this PC were only designed for T chips. Normal full fledge i7s will overheat and kill it.
What are the last sizes in GB of RAM and SSD to upgrade? 😊
As for RAM it would be 2x8GB max (16GB total). SSD I am not sure about the limit.
I have one of these and just leaned it has display port... anyone know what version port it is ? 1.2a?

No need cloning hdd before install?
I usually do a fresh install.

No modelo i3 eu posso substituir pelo i5?
Yes you can. Make sure it is the T variant that has 35W TDP.
is there no thermal paste change,...
Nope. I only intended to do a apart clip.
bro i order m93p from amazon it show that i5 4570t with window 10 but they give me i5 4690t with window 11
I guess you got a free upgrade!
I have Lenovo M93p i5 vpro can l upgrade it with a i7 4790 4th Gen
the chip will work but it will probably overheat
Yes it's only designed to cool lower-power chips like the 35W T-variant.
