    I am so glad I took the time to watch this video. I am switching my probiotic to better gut. I had no idea all the things they would do for me. I’m so excited I feel so much more educated now!!!

    It was wonderful to chat with you again Liz. There is always so much to say about the gut and how transformative it can be for our health and wellness.

    Wow, that was fascinating, thank you.
    All these years, I've been back and forth to the doctors with symptoms of aches, pains, bloating, ibs, depression and tests. Not to mention all the worry. If I'd been told they were probably menopausal symptoms, it would have helped massively. I stopped eating gluten for about three years, which helped but have now started to add it back into my diet. I have always been seen by females, too. More training is definitely needed for GPs/nurse practitioners.

    Thank you for having another great guest Liz. I learned a lot from her. I am definitely going to try the supplement as I have had IBS since I was 17, I’m now 63. I have had ongoing gastro problems all my life and my belief is that my immunity has been severely impacted, making me susceptible to the many viruses I have had. It is always especially bad on holiday. Last year I had
    Strep A and pneumonia for
    example. Doctors are really not interested in helping unless it’s something they can prescribe for so I am going to test whether I feel better and my gut health is better supported. Thank you. ❤

      My son is 32 with special needs and has suffered like you for most of his life. People cannot understand that Doctors can't seem to help. But we gave up on them a long time ago and hired a Nutritionist. Once I took him to the Hospital one and when I reeled off all that we were doing, she actually said "I think you know more than me!!" So I knew we had to find out own solutions.

    Thanks Liz. Just ordered this, going by the reviews I’m hopeful it will help with my always constipated menopausal tired, sluggish body. Let’s hope! X

    I would absolutely love it if you could share your ab routine:*) I workout and am building muscle but my abs are not where I want them to be :*) TY for another great video Liz!!! I am 63 and have been avoiding gluten for about 3 years now. I have an occasional bit of it but keep to a minimum.

    Do cups of tea (with milk) count as snacking during the day,and before bed? I have a red bush just before bed?

    • @Thebettermenopause
      @Thebettermenopause 11 месяцев назад +1

      Only if you have milk! If it is just the tea and water then you will stay in the fasted state

    • @lizearlewellbeing
      @lizearlewellbeing  11 месяцев назад +1

      The milk would technically break the fasted state!
