Hi I’ve subscribed and love the magazine and love the article on protein. I’ve changed my complete diet by listening to your channel. It’s helped to make choices and make new routines. My body is honestly happier for it. Thank you both.

This is so interesting, love the magazine, I love it when that plops through my door, mmm breakfast is a struggle, if I'm not hungry then I eat later on, but when hungry I run out of ideas for breakfast apart from eggs and yoghurt, I do enjoy my homemade granola with blueberries, any other breakfast ideas would be so welcome xxx❤❤

Hi Liz, Happy New Year! I’ve just started making my own broth, I use my slow cooker as it’s so easy, but I also buy bone broth in powder form as I haven’t always got my own. I buy Dr Gus bone broth powder which is made from organic, grass fed animals & only from UK farms. It’s tasty & convenient but I do prefer my own!

Now food manufacturers are jumping on this money making word “ protein “ so much now has this on the label and it’s dearer too.

I think we think about nourishing food for children and forget this knowledge as we get older and less bothered about eating well.
