You are correct, It's better to not slowplay your nuts. The only exception is if you are against a extremely loose aggressive opponent that barrels almost always any hand 3 streets

But great content QY, ties in with your other videos too especially on when to slow play, and on actually having something vs being perceived to have something (like "board coverage"). I am certainly struggling at low stakes, but I don't believe I'm guilty of any of these particular mistakes. I think you didn't include the biggest one: Overcalling big bets (especially on the river) to recreationals, who are just way underbluffing. This mistake is absolutely destroying my BB/100 and I see the same mistake from other regs at low stakes, too. It is a massive mental game leak I've struggled with for years, but from what I've seen from people commenting online, I think it's extremely common.
True, at low stakes people are under bluffing the river, big river bets are heavily skewed towards value, so the exploitative play is to overfold river. It's hard to do when you have a really good hand, I struggle with that too, but they normally show you the nuts

what do you mean state sanctioned games?
Bluff less, value bet thinner. Play a linear, boring range. Don't polarize. Rarely bluff catch. You will be bored, but you will win.
