Jonathan Hunt-Glassman is the CEO and co-founder of Oar Health. Oar Health helps people who are struggling with alcohol by providing private and convenient access to medication proven to make drinking less or quitting easier. Before founding Oar Health, Jonathan held healthcare strategy leadership roles at Humana, Optum, and Bain & Company.
Jonathan and I discuss our different approaches to our lives when it comes to alcohol. I personally needed to live an abstinence-based life whereas Jonathan has taken the path of medication paired with therapy that has resulted in a major reduction in alcohol consumption.
