Great job ..?I've been doing the same all the spare bedroom on Friday. Feels so much better and two bags for the charity shops.. also I did the kitchen drawers today ...so ...my Mum used say a place to everything and everything in it's place...and if you haven't used something in six months...let it go..you obviously don't need it...!! 😉. I’m still in the middle of my first decluttering of my appartment, so still lot of things to go. Finished the kitchen, the bathroom and the computerroom, I’m almost finished with the livingroom and started this week on the bedroom 😅. I do recognise a few things as well in your video...I do have way too much food in the house and only two weeks ago I got myself 6 candles and when I got home I found out that I already had a lot of them as well. So NO new candles until I have finished the ones that are in my cupboard now and first trying to eat the food that I have 😊.

I’ve been doing the same thing all week! Even the kids like minimizing their things for other kids to potentially enjoy for Christmas
I noticed you don’t have a dresser, where do you store your pjs and undergarments?
I really like the simple night stands you have but I’m not sure I could switch to that since my night stands have 3 drawers so I can keep pjs and under garments and other things.
It would be nice for you to share your organization of your closet and bedroom in general.
I need to get a good deep cleaning done including drapes, rugs, carpets and blankets,a comforter to the dry cleaners and my closets, I have boxes from when I moved in 2 years ago and have no idea whats in them. LOL
Pantry food waste is a hard one. I made pumpkin peanut butter dog treats with one slightly expired can of pumpkin, but I don’t have a time routine other than once a year. The rest of the year I juggle in some pantry baking like breakfast bars, protein balls, and other weekend fun chores.

This video has revealed some serious waste in the kitchen😔but it comforts me that it's a wake up call😌. It also REALLY saddens me to waste food 😔. I love this video nonetheless cos of your 'realness' if you will. I don't declutter the whole house in one day though, but one room per day & it's a lifelong progress every 3 months. Decluttering gives me so much peace.💝

How many plants do you have? Have you ever done a plant tour?
Hi, I'm enjoying watching your videos. How long does the whole house declutter take you? Also just wondered whether you taste test the expired food? Often items with a best before not a use by last far longer than the date.
Buy an inexpensive set of new or used dishes for entertaining so you don't have to use disposables. Being more environmentally friendly goes hand and hand with minimalism.
Why don´t you just use the garland as a wreath? It still looks beautiful, even if it´s dried... :)

We need declutting too much things we have never know we had and have loads stuff we dont use and finding organising things
My gosh, so much food waste !! 😨 Cereals and dried fruits don't go bad, we can still eat them after the date !
Tooth brush holder can be a potholder
I have so many pens that I have either used up or they have dried up. Opening the pen up there appears to be ink in it but it just doesn't write. Time to toss them.

Hi Ashlynne! Great video. When you say “declutter” do you mean throw away? I never know what to do with things that I no longer want or use!
It’s a real combination! Typically I would say, it’s some combination of repurposing, donating, recycling, selling, and throwing things away that are no longer usable. But I like to explore all options before throwing something away 🤍

Hi, feel free to ignore this because I might be in the minority here. But sometimes about leaving the sounds in during the decluttering montages really bothers me. I am not a fan of ASMR. Maybe it’s a neurodivergence thing.

Having a hard time decluttering through my kids children books and my own. I’m so attached to them🥲
My kids do that for me basically as they're 2 and 3 and still like to chew on them so ad they do, I throw the ones that are bad condition away since they csn no longer be read properly 😅 I only keep the books I know I would want to re-read 🙂
