Totally where I am at. I have found that we start to take our regular customers for granted and it’s their work that gets put on hold whilst trying to get new customers . Time to change some bad habits
Yes!!!!! This is my point. Well done for recognising it. Client relationship is so important and you have to value each client accordingly. Look after the ones who look after you! With better service and financial incentives
@@DanstheEngineer I think it's a habit of trying to please everyone and stems from the the beginning of our journeys of becoming self-employed when we said yes to anything. Part of growing as a small business is realising you are not who you were and everything from your structure to your mindset has to adapt as we move forward.
