You have to lower the window down just right

Hi, why is the speaker removed? Is it to get to the riverts holding the window?

Yes, there's a rivet behind the speaker on the regulator

How did you get the window guide off the window? I can't reach it to drill out the rivets. Did you take the whole door panel off?

Yes you have to take the door panel off and the speaker out
