- Russia has no designs on any Nato country and will not attack Poland, the Baltic states or the Czech Republic but if the West supplies F-16 fighters to Ukraine then they will be shot down by Russian forces, President Vladimir Putin said.
Speaking to Russian air force pilots, Putin said the US-led military alliance had expanded eastwards towards Russia since the 1991 fall of the Soviet Union but that Moscow had no plans to attack a Nato state.

F-16s are out main SEAD fighter. They do good against S-300s due to the high about of kinetic energy they have on tap. In the end it comes down to how far the MAR is.
Except a satellite orbits in a very predictable pattern so the missile just needs to aim for where the satellite will be by the time the missile gets up there. An f16 can manoeuvre to get the missile to waste its energy

In the 20 years I have been listening to Putin very carefully, he made so many promises and signed agreements which where then violated and not upheld. I allready lost track of how many it where.

You are not a very smart person, I will get tired of listing to you a list of all Russian aircraft that are superior to the F-16. At least use Google before you write something stupid. F-16s are medium planes, standard, there is nothing special about them. You like to come up with some kind of super weapon that will literally turn the tide of the war, but then this weapon burns on the battlefield, like any other weapon.

I can't help but keep making comparisons to the Cuban missile crisis. Russia was planning to station missiles on the soil of a Soviet ally, who's on the doorstep of the US & the US sent out the Navy to stop the shipments in a direct threat, yet the US has deemed it acceptable set up missile bases in NATO countries on the doorstep of Russia.

2014 was the CIA coup. The Minsk agreement was betrayed and NATO advanced to the Russia border. Ukraine will be liberated, I think it perfectly justified.

You have not got a clue. Russia is winning and so far have only used at most 20% of its military capability. I was born at the end of WW11 when the Red Army had defeated the Natzis to liberate Europe with limited assistance from America and Britain. Are you aware that despite what was portrayed in numerous war films about the allies winning the war. It was only partially true. Germany had 87 military divisions. In the liberation in 1943/44 The Soviets defeated 82 divisions whilst Britain and America defeated the other 5. So it is inconceivable that Russia will lose.
