** the driver picked up all fallen recycling and any containers that had fallen over**
Thanks to the driver for being so friendly and letting me film!
Special thanks to the great people at TFC also!
I will say that for the user, I enjoy the arm and really enjoy the push button operation. It packs extremely well which is probably why the body is falling apart. If they put smaller cylinders in for the packer to limit how well they pack it would help the durability factor.
I've never seen a Bridgeport pick up a Zarn before! Great work!
Awesome work! I like the low idle sound during the arm cycles on this truck, plus the nice engine sound when taking off.
Wow really cool to see a Bridgeport handle zarns. Never seen that before. Great video.
Nice truck to film. I like the how the outside is designed
Awesome footage!!! I love the paint scheme of the truck.
these .sound exactly like the republic autocars up here. they fan really loud and have that annoying squealing fan. nice truck. love the zarns!
So do I! All the new CNG trucks have these wraps and they are all different. If you go to my Flickr, you can see other wrapped trucks!
Amazing footage! Loved seeing this!!!
Cool video and CNG Bridgeport ranger on recycling man
Yeah I will try to do some this week.
Sweet those blue zarns are nicee
I really like this truck also!
Can you get some video of your Bridgeport? Preferably hopper shots? Sorry to hear about your truck falling apart!
I use a Bridgeport daily. Pick up over 1000 cans a day. It's an '09 and its falling apart. The hopper walls are bowed out and the welds are all broken. Under the troth is all rotten and leaks constantly. Our company no longer buys Bridgeport
First time I've seen a FA Zarn...
I agree!
But for the owner it's a nightmare. Constant blown hoses due to them rubbing on everything. (Poor engineering and routing of hoses) and the shoes for the blade constantly need replacing because the hopper walls bowed out, most of the time the blade travels crooked into the body. This body is a '09 and will not be able to last much longer. This body will not be able to be rebuilt. It's shot!!! Our company is still using Labries from '03 that are like new.
